I go to this branch the most since its down the street from work for me but its not always the best experience. The last time I went the teller was less then enthused to help me out it seemed but was just friendly enough to function through their customer service. It could have been a bad day for her but it shouldn’t be taken out on a customer. Everything I needed was taken care of though so no complaints there.

Tellers and staff are friendly but man inefficient. New accounts guy, loan guy, and even the manager should know how to be tellers. There are two tellers and two greeters. I understand the manager has a million things to do. But if given the chance should jump on the teller line, at least know how to just do deposits. There are like 12 teller stations. This will allow your tellers to take a bit more time with each customer or select customers. Just my opinion on how to improve flow and customer service.

Expect to wait for a long time in line. Never any more than 2 tellers. But, there are always 2+ mortgage guys sitting around doing nothing. The bank is archaic and looks like it’s stuck in 1985. Couple ATM’s outside and a drive-thru ATM. Also, always a long wait.

Took a while to get someone to help me. Not sure why there was no one available at the windows but once a lady came, she was nice and helped me with my payments and deposits.
