BGM Signs & Lighting

The sign for my business went kaput about 10 days ago. You want to go through a frustrating experience? Try finding a sign company to come out to your business a few days before Christmas. So I go through Unilocal and google to try to find someone, anyone to come out. I called 3 – 4 companies and Bob from BGM was the only one who answered my call.
I sent him an e-​mail with the issue, a couple of pictures, and he was able to give me an estimate via e-​mail. It was a very reasonable quote and I asked him when he could schedule me. Now I’m thinking, it’s right before Christmas and New Year’s, so I would not have been surprised if he would have told me 2 or 3 weeks. Lo and behold he tells me that he will be at my business in the second or third business day after Christmas. Holy Batman! Getting my sign fixed during the Holiday’s. Sign me up!
Here’s the absolute best part. So I’m expecting him on Wednesday (New Years Eve) since he told me it would be the second OR third business day after Christmas. So what happens, he calls me a day early and says he would be there in 30 minutes. Bob shows up, does his magic and bada bing bada boom, I have a sign that lights up again.
The work was done in a quality matter, he gave me some options, and actually saved me some money by doing some investigating and discovering that a wire shorted out and that he didn’t have to change out most of the LED bulbs in my sign.
All in all it was a great experience. Mind you, I would much rather not having to spend any money on a sign, but Bob saved the day for a very reasonable amount of money.
