I went in to exchange brand new shirt, never worn. I had opened it to iron and noticed spots. Associate, Sadia, expressed to me that because the shirt was worn they would not take it back. I explained that the shirt was brand new and never worn. I was looked on and treated as a criminal. My exchange was denied even though I had its receipt. Brooks Brother’s is off my list of stores to shop! I’ve added one more complaint to numerous filed by others at this location on

I was not impressed in the least with this Brooks Brothers outlet. For a store that prizes itself on suits, I was quite surprised to find a complete absence of the lines one finds at a non-​outlet BB. I realize many outlet stores produce separate, lower-​quality goods than the ones sold in their main stores, and unfortunately BB seems to have joined the ranks. Worst of all, even their «cheap» suits aren’t very inexpensive!

I’ve never been to a worse BB, spent 30 mins in this store looking for some items and was never once greeted or offered help. As a long time BB customer I was severely let down and surprised at the disorganization of the store.
