There was no pizza out. They were letting people go back to the line using their same plate with ranch all over it multiple times. Waste of $ 22 for lunch.

I was there may 30, 2016 at 11:50 am. The lady at the counter caused our group to make the decision to eat somewhere else. We ordered our pizza and she told us we could do the buffet but we passed cause it cost way to much. But we also ordered bread sticks. We actually saw them on the buffet table. Well the lady literally said«we don’t sell bread sticks of any kind» «our pizza crust is actually the bread stick». She was serious. She lied to us then acted retarded. Who says that. The crust is crust not a breadstick. I will never step foot in here if that high school diploma is working again.

The pizza was so delicious and the service was great. We had a large group so we kept Jordan busy. Tyler, the manager, checked on us several times as well to make sure we were happy. Loved the easy atmosphere of the place. It’s my new favorite pizza place.

The last two times I’ve been there in the past month,(once for lunch once for dinner) the place has smelled. Like a musty gross smell, like dirty mop water that’s been sitting out for days kind of smell. My husband refused to eat there because the it ruined his appetite. It’s a shame. They have great pizza, but the stinky smell ruined it for me as well. They need to give the place a good top to bottom scrubbing before I’ll be back.

The pizza is amazing, many pasta options to choose from as well, but you have to try the deep dish. I brag about this place all the time. Their deep dish is second to none in this area. You’ll need to give yourself extra time for it to cook because it is seriously monster thick. This place used to have a full bar but it is now beer and wine only. Mimosas are cheap and delicious here, so they are always a great choice. If you have a lunch, this place has an excellent buffet. I know years ago you could put in a request with your buffet order so you can have a particular flavor Wooley still getting in on the great price of a buffet and all of the options as well. Absolutely love this place. I worked here my freshman year of college but even though the employees have changed the place remains the same. Such a comforting place to come back to.

Pizza wasn’t that great. Gave us the wrong wine. Tried closing about 30 minutes before closing time.

I have only ordered delivery, but the pizza and accommodating service is what everyone should be doing. A great menu full of fresh surprises, not the run of the mill pizza joint. I’m REALLY glad they are here.

Last weekend my family was craving a deep dish pizza. We saw the pictures and decided to get one from Candelaris. We called in the order to go. While paying the cashier I asked if they offered wheat pizza and was told«Yes. we have wheat in all our pizzas. Hand. Pan. Sicilian.» I thought great they have Sicilian to try next time. Then I received the pizza from the person I placed the order from. I penned the box and daïs I ordered pan. He said«We only have one type of pizza.» The pizza was fine. But I won’t be returning. The staff is clueless. Why take an order for pan and then tell me you don’t have pan when I get there to pick it up. I don’t know who to believe. I won’t take that chance again. It is too bad because the pictures look really good.

Who serves an Italian sandwich nice and COLD. Kids of course. A whole bunch of them. What business owner in their right mind let’s kids run an entire restaurant. I asked about the sandwich and between 3 of them they couldn’t decide if the sandwich was cold or hot. The cooks didn’t know or care. They were busy emptying out the deep fryer and spilling it all over the floor as they worked. Well I ordered the sandwich toasted, but it came straight out of the fridge. The European style pizza I ordered crispy and came out foldable like a warm corn tortilla. Not to mention I had to go to the bar to get my own beer. Why exactly did I tip $ 10 for? 2 stars for the nice kids. But no reason they should be running an entire restaurant.

It’s New Years Day and we all want to be celebrating in one way or another. I totally get that, being a holiday and all that jazz. So, I call at 7:00PM to this location and speak with a young lady to ask 2 questions. «What time do you close tonight since its New Year’s Day?» — Oh, we close at 10:00PM. «10:00PM?» — Yes sir. «Awesome. Also, do you serve margaritas?» — Yes, but they’re wine based because we don’t serve liquor. «Alright, that works. So wine based margaritas and you close at 10:00pm?» — Yes sir! Alright so we are all good right? Wrong. We pull up at 9:00pm and go inside, stand there for 5 – 10 minutes, and finally are told«We closed at 9:00pm, we are sorry.» No, ma’am, I’m sorry. You’re employee not only told me you closed at 10:00pm once, but 3 consecutive times, and now you’re telling me we have to leave because you closed at 9:00pm? I think not. Have your hours posted on the door if you’re closing early for a holiday and make sure your employees know the appropriate times for your restaurant if you’re going to change it up for said holiday. Our entire evening was ruined because nothing else for pizza and pasta was open for seated dining in the time it would have taken to get there from this location which we confirmed thrice beforehand that closed at 10:00pm. Thanks.

8 pm on a Tuesday night, we walk in eager to eat pizza. The first thing we notice is the place is empty of diners, with the exception of one family and a handful of people at the bar. We were expecting to be greeted and led to a table but we quickly realized we had to sit ourselves and place our order at the counter near the back. We walked over to the counter which had two registers and two employees behind it. One of the employees tells us her register is closed, «go to the other register». So we shuffle over and order. We then go and sit to wait for our food. Here is what we observed during the time we waited: Two separate groups of people walk in, proceed to the counter, then leave. One group had three people and the other was a rather large family, maybe 5 or 6 total who sat down and got up to leave. Why did they leave? Why didn’t the manager try to stop the exodus? The last group to leave was the family whose dad decided to come back in and question the employees. He pulled his phone out to show her something and she explained, he seemed upset and walked out for the final time. Judging by how we felt unwelcome upon arriving and ordering and the fact that the employees were all busy cleaning up, I’d say they turned the customers away by saying they were getting ready to close. Nobody likes to eat at a place where you feel like a burden to the employees. I am pretty sure the dad showed the employee the hours of operation listed for the restaurant online, which clearly show 9 pm as the time it closes. It’s understood that the closing time is when the kitchen closes, not the actual time the employees get to leave. I don’t feel like they value their customers. They seemed intent on closing and getting everyone out by 9. Another thing I noticed was that everyone who worked there was in uniform except for one girl who kept going in and out of the kitchen. She was wearing very short denim shorts with a very casual tshirt. It confused me until I figured out she was the bartender. It just seemed odd. The pizza was great! I can’t complain there. Unfortunately we won’t be going back to this particular location.

Went there for dinner last night and it was fantastic. They are fairly quick to get your order to the table, and very attuned to do what you need them to do

While the pizza is still good, nothing makes up for a 2 hour delivery and an unapologetic manager. Nothing. We will be eating pizza elsewhere from now on and I suggest you do the same!

When I used to eat pork this is by far the best place to order deep dish pizza I mean they throw in so so so much meat is great but again it is one of those place u can’t eat everyday because I have a feeling someone will get a heart attack! But gosh it is one of my indulgence I mean if I gotta have pizza this will be the place and I will only order their deep dish. Sometimes it does take quite a long time so I suggest to call them to order before you head over there to dine in so you won’t be waiting forever

Best pizza in Cypress!!! The ambience is great and the staff is extremely friendly. Their delivery is also timely and excellent, the pizza tastes the same as it would if we were to go eat it at the establishment. This is one of our favorite places!

I could make a pizza faster at home even if I had to mill the flour myself. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the food is not bad. The wait is so ASTRONOMICALLYLONG. Please hire some more kitchen staff because ur food is not bad it just takes forever to come out.

1. Service — Friendly people from cashier, manager, including the servers who brings out the food. But despite, the friendliness I had a bad experience in my first visit. Mainly, it was the way they’ve handle things. I can’t quite figure out their system. They want to be a fast food type restaurant where you order and pay up front, but the wait for food was crazy long. We went there on a friday night, and the house was packed. People were coming and going. But grabbing a table was pretty difficult. You could be stuck with food and no table(luckily that didn’t happen though). We did however, find ourselves with no table after ordering our food. A lady came by and took people’s names down for seating purposes. This is actually a good idea, but I think she should have done this up front as they came in to order. How do you figure that someone added to the list is in the correct order? We’ve ordered a penne pasta dish with a pizza. Our first wait was about 20 minutes. The pasta dish was good, but the pizza came out wrong, so we waved someone down to tell them. I’m not sure if the order went through after another 20 minutes, so we’ve waved the manager to inform him of our situation. He apologized and told us that it’ll come in another 10 minutes. From that point, it took another 20 minutes before it was ready. Not only was the wait long, but the order was still wrong! The entire process, from the time we’ve paid, to the time we’ve finally got our pizza, was a 60 minute wait! How do you get your orders wrong if your orders are all electronic? 2. Price — I think this place is about $ 10 a person. 3. Ambiance — Dress code is casual. Beautifully decorated, this is a bar and dining place. A good place to hang out with friends and to bring your family. But I’m not quite sure if they can accommodate a large party. Rough estimate, this place can seat about 50 – 60 people? They have outdoor as well as indoor seatings. 4. Food — The pasta was good, but the pizza was a little on the salty side. 5. Cleanliness — Clean Perhaps a solution to this, would be to change their system to an A-La-Carte type restaurant with a waiting area and a host/hostess in place. Another solution, if to keep it in this format, is to condense the menu to a one pager menu. It’ll be easier for the cooking staff and the patrons standing in line. Too many choices. If the menu is smaller, the food will be easier to prepare. I’m sorry if it sounds harsh, but this is my honest opinion. I feel that this business can do better.

I was in dire need for a fettuccini Alfredo after work and this was the first place on my way home that served it so I called ahead and ordered. Can’t say the place was above average at all. Walking in at 5PM, the staff is literally a group of high school kids running the restaurant. The young teenage boy that gave me my order was stoned beyond words. He wasn’t rude at all but his blue eyes– color red at this point– left a bad taste in my mouth(pun intended). Everybody was polite but obviously, I don’t remember that. Now, as to the food: the grilled chicken was amazing, the pasta was a little dry in terms of sauce. The side salad was nothing I’ve never seen before: lettuce from a frozen bag, shredded carrots, and slices of onions. Don’t know that I would be back, I felt like the business owner was a little too unattached to the performance as a whole.
