I use to be a manger for chick fil a, and this team is by far the best I’ve seen in a while. I was in and through the drive thru in just a few minutes, my order was correct, my food tasted amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly. Every team member I came across displayed the Core values and Core four very well. Keep up the great work!

Food is always good but I’m tired of them always trying to rush the order and forget to put stuff in the bag at the drive thru. Always check your stuff at the window before you drive off. It’s happened to me on more than one occasion. The location at Spring Cypress and 290 is way more consistent.

Wow, I’m only the second person to review this Chickfila; this kind of surprises me. I have to admit I only went to the drive thru of this location, but the service was great and, of course, the food was delicious!

This ChickfilA has been open for a while so I was surprised to not find someone from Fairfield had not done a review on it yet. After a high school football game last night, we were dropping one of my daughter’s friends off in Fairfield and the girls wanted something to eat and wanted ChickfilA. At first glance I thought the parking lot was a little awkward and small, knowing how much Cypress loves their ChickfilA but it was just my unfamiliarity with it. The inside of this location is beautiful and nothing like any other I’ve seen. It is light and bright and doesn’t scream fast food. Also it seems so much bigger than others. The staff was friendly and attentive and of course the food was up to CFA standards. There is a large family dining style table in the middle of the restaurant with these little metal stools, great for larger groups of teens, a family, mom’s groups or anybody. They have booths around the edges and tables fill-in the rest. The light fixtures and décor is super nice and modern. After we were eating, I realized it was closing time. They never said a word to us and just let us finish eating. They went about their closing cleaning duties and then when we went to leave they were helpful with our trash and guiding us to the appropriate door to use to exit. We had to exit the door to the patio. Didn’t even realize they had such a large nice patio. On this night a firepit would have been great out there but I can already see using it in the Spring. The girls even commented about hanging out there after school. Bravo whoever designed this location. Fairfield, we have a winner!
