Fidelity National Title- Team Cypress

I recently had a business interaction with Fidelity National Title — Team Cypress. This group of professionals were a real pleasure to serve. I have a local locksmith business and was called out to service an exit device. I sent my tech Josh Baldwin to perform the work. He and I had a discussion afterward that we wished that all of our clients were so good to deal with. When a group of people treat someone that they hire with such professionalism, I can only imagine how they treat those who come in their office to be served. I highly recommend that one would consider them when the need arises for title insurance services. Make sure and ask for Nancy. She has 20 years experience in the title industry and is also approved to close HUD transactions. There are very few title companies that are approved to handle HUD transactions, so it is a good thing to have one that seems like she will take good care of the deal for my buyer.
The company is conveniently located at 290 and Barker Cypress. It’s closer than going to Memorial City (where we used to have to close at) to close, and a lot easier to park at.
