This place is horrible, their smoothies taste watered down and their fruit bowls are overpriced for the ratio they give you. It’s true that their management/staff suck but I’m not one to care about being smiled at, I just want a descent smoothie dammit! So that being said the two stars are strictly for their smoothies and fruit bowls.

I love Juice It Up and have gone to many locations, but this location is by far the worst out of all of them. The place was not inviting, the energy was heavy and complacent and the customer service was non-existent. I am surprise they get any business! The older brunette gentlemen with the beard and the cashier girl did not look like they care to be there, they did not greet me and did not care to see if they could help, I felt like they were secretly hoping the place could go out of business so they can never have to serve another customer again. It also seems like they skimp on the products and did not even have straws and napkins readily accessible. It’s something they give you from inside if you ask. My advice would be to get rid of the grumpy man and hire fresh new faces who can exude better energy and customer service. Never ever coming here again. I would rather go further Then to have to deal with the management.

Smoothies here are good but the customer service is horrible. The girl working had this pissed off look on her face and didn’t even have her hair tied back. Wish people working here would at least smile a little.

Worst service not a hello… thank you. Nothing! The girl was so stiff behind the counter with her snarly look on her face. Think she didn’t want to move or talk might mess up her hair. Wait shouldn’t she have her hair pulled back and in a net or hat. !!! Take my business to the bagel place. Customer service is everything!

They’re closed at weird times and the staff(even the manager) usually seem upset when there are actually customers. I’ve had a few great experiences but also a few not so great ones here, I feel like it depends on who’s working at the time. It seems some(surprisingly even the manager) don’t know what they’re doing and I’ve gotten a few gross smoothies I could’ve made better myself at home. Still nice if you’re looking for a quick snack, but a bit overpriced and low quality for what you get

I bought a fundraising coupon book for juice it up and I use it at this location because it’s close to me; the two employees that work there always look unhappy & do not go out of their way to make it a good customer experience.

It’s really hard to find anything healthy to eat or drink in Cypress. That said, if you’re rating this place because it provides a healthy option in a sea of fried/fast food and hot plate Mexican, it gets high marks. But, that doesn’t really fly. This place is nothing more than an opportunistic business cashing in on a super hot movement in food & beverage culture. There is zero indication that they source their produce and ingredients from non-GMO/organic/sustainable farms, and, to top it off, they serve everything in plastic containers and they don’t recycle! I mean, come on guys, that’s a no brainer. In terms of the actual food, the acai bowl I had was solid, pretty standard fare as far as acai bowls go, and it had some nice fresh fruit on top. I also had a wheat grass shot that, not surprisingly, tasted like a wheatgrass shot. Super bummed. I was so hoping for a diamond in the rough, but this is basically a Togo’s that serves up smoothies rather than bad sandwiches.

Purchased for the first time from«Juice It Up» at this Cypress location a Superfruit Bowl for about $ 8.00. What a complete rip-off for price and quality. 1) It was so watered down you couldn’t taste the superfruit. In fact, it was like trying to eat/drink water. 2) There were like 4 small slices of banana. 3) How many times can you chop up one strawberry. try 6 because that is how many little pieces I got. As far as granola, well, ask for a tad bit more and they want to charge you extra. Had I not been pressed for time, I would have returned it but was 2 miles away and working when I first tried it. I am totally staying with my usual juice places because Juice it up totally sucks on these products. The quality doesn’t even come close enough to consider a second chance nore does the product come close to what the picture represents.

Im here right now and I wanna leave already. The smoothies here are better than Jamba Juice in my opinion(i get melon madness. Tastes like candy), but the customer service here is TERRIBLE. Im always in a good mood… Until Im here. This man(manager?) is always grumpy and unfriendly. He has an attitude every single time and was extremely rude today to other customers, raising his voice and talking to everyone like theyre children misbehaving. The girl associate was not happy either but I wouldnt blame her. I will no longer come to this location! Id rather drive farther for a better experience. Customer service is everything.

Arrived at 9:00am because that’s what it said on my google search. Stopped by and on the door it said 9:00am as well. Tried calling but no one answered. I stopped by at target then came back. It is now 9:30am and there is still no one here. Truly an inconvenience to be waiting and not know when someone will show up. In order for great customer service to occur one must make sure it is open when it says they will be open. Drove about 5 miles because it was the nearest juice it up. Please change your times on the door/website or arrive as advertised.

I went out of my way to go to Juice It Up instead of Jamba Juice because I received one of the coupon books. I wanted to use a buy one 32 oz, get a 16 oz. free coupon. But they don’t have 16 oz anymore, they have 12 oz. The cashier girl asked the manager and he said I could do the 12 oz. That is not a very enticing deal when their prices are so high. And if the coupon says I get 16 oz I should get at least 16 oz. He should have offered me the 24 oz. as the freebie. I went with a different coupon, two of the 24 oz. for $ 7. Still barely seems like a deal. My piña colada drink was good but the strawberry banana one tasted like liquid jello.
