I signed a contract with Orkin after moving to Texas in 2013. The past 6 months or more have been the worst. The come when they want, even though an appointment is made for a different day. The most recent tech I’ve had, has been the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. I have had to call the office on numerous occasions, only to be treated like they haven’t a care in the world about my satisfaction. The only thing Orkin seems to care about is the money. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Review based only on initial estimate on phone:
Called for a free estimate, guy on phone kept repeating that they don’t come out to house for a free estimate but they quote me for 2ft up and wide outside house and inside. I said ok, just quote me and then he asked for my name and info and I said I don’t want someone contacting me, I just want a quote. The whole time he felt aggravated and said no one will contact you this is for a quote and then hung up on me.
