These folks are over worked, under staffed and either have problems growing too fast or just overwhelmed. They can never take a call, makes you wonder if you have a security issue who handles that crisis. The previous owner in the home we just purchased used them, they come out to hook us up and tell us it can’t be done without running wires through the 2nd story of the house and it is not worth it. ADT came out the next day and hooked it up with no problems. Seemed strange that customer service focus was so limited.
