Love this store the store is always clean with a large variety of clothes cashier is friendly and helpful they have good sales

THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS. I think this should be written in extra large font on all there walls and racks of clothes. *They put maybe one or two signs by the register, in very small print* that mentions there policy. If you buy something from here you better MAKE SURE YOU LOVE IT AND IT FITS. And IF IT RIPS OR BRAKES your out of luck, cuz they don’t do returns and cashiers DO NOT make you aware of this fact, or EVEN MENTION it at your time of purchase. They will only exchange your item or GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT FOR THERE STORE. What kind of business does not do returns??? The whole thing and the way they go about it seems very shady to me.

The atmosphere inside this store is fantastic, the workers are so sweet and helpful. Whenever I come in here I feel very welcomed, and the prices are great, also they have such cute clothes. Every time I come in here I always buy something. I definitely plan on coming back here soon!

So I only come back here every time because they do have cute stuff and good deals. But every time I come the cashiers never greet you or say hi or how’s your day or is there something in particular you’re looking for. Zero stars for customer service skills…

Reminds me exactly of wet steal. Tbh the clothes here are very over priced I could find half of those things at other places for cheaper overall will not be coming back staff is pretty rude too.

i love coming here!!! everytime i need a outfit i go to other stores first but always end up coming to styles. the store manager claresse (i believe her name is) shes so nice and super helpful. i came in to find a outfit for my birthday and she was so quick to find me a great outfit. i am a bigger girl and the plus size department is very limited but she did her magic and found me the perfect outfit and for leggings, a top, sandles and a bandoo i spent under $ 45!!! amazing! thanks again girl i can’t wait to show off my outfit!!!

First time here, won’t be back! The wait was ridiculous. One poor girl working by herself on a Friday. And she kept leaving the register to open dressing rooms, look for prices, & messing with security tags. She apologized for the wait but still not very good customer service to make people wait that long. 1 cute dress that I waited to buy but people were leaving left & right. I was very close to leaving and probably should have. Music sucks too!

There are endless selections of clothing and accessories for all occasions in this store :) There are also many sizes to choose from. This is a great place to shop for summer vacation outfits. The prices are reasonable and the discount program is a plus. The workers are polite. They greeted & assisted me right away. I had about 15 items to try on & they started a fitting room for me before I had to ask for one. The sales associate Clarese was great! She was friendly & helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who loves shopping & fashion!

Had a blast with Clarese… she is so fun and helped me pick out the cutest things that i can mix and match with my style. She’s a doll!

Rude sales girls. On a few different occasions I have experienced cashiers which were just rude. Poor customer service skills. One of them actually took my phone number to give me the discount but it did not even reflect on my receipt!

No matter which store you go to, YOUR CLOTHES WILL PROBABLY ONLY LAST YOU ONE DAY!
This store is NOTORIOUS for shrinkage, tears, and cheap fabric. Every dress I’ve bought from this place has turned into a shirt. The materials break down easily in the washing machine and dryer. I’ve even tried to keep it from shrinking by not putting it in the dryer, but it seems like even water shrinks these clothes!
This used to be my go to spot for cute clothes that were pretty cheap. However, you definitely get what you pay for. If you need a new outfit for a date or a night out but are strapped for cash, this is the place to go. But don’t expect that outfit to have an encore performance any night after the first.

Bad experience here today!!! the manager was extremely unprofessional. I didn’t have my card and she refused to give me my 10% discount. They couldn’t find me in they’re system. I thought that was the point of getting all your information. She gave me some explanation which didn’t make any sense to me. Bottom line is I did sign up and they should have me in the system!!! They can’t keep up they’re information and then the customer has to pay the price. When I got home I still couldn’t find my card and called to double check the spelling she was extremely harsh and rude. Its too bad because I really love that place and up until now everyone there has been really nice. I don’t know what her name is. don’t know her name but she’s the short black hair manager.
