Variant IT

Normally I like doing pc upgrades and repairs myself, but for some reason I have always been hesitant to mess with laptops, so imagine how freaked out I was when my laptop broke down during a trip.
I had resigned myself to having to go to Best Buy Geek Squad or Office Depot, but a friend in the area recommended Variant, and I gave them a call. They met me at the hotel where I was staying within half an hour, not only did they not charge me for the diagnosis, but actually had my laptop fixed in just a few hours! I thought the repair was going to cost me quite a bit, but Tony, who handled the repair said that it was only one hour of labor and I could use the Unilocal coupon, so I saved $ 20.
Variant really saved me from my laptopless nightmare, plus they were super friendly and easy to work with, I highly recommend them.

We used Variant IT to configure our firewalls at our 2 new stores. They do excellent work and provide great customer service.
