Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever used. Lines are always long. Prescriptions being ready when promised is hit and miss. Sale products are usually gone the first day. I’m hoping that they move out and another good pharmacy moves in.

I went through the drive-thru. Got in line at 8:50 and by the time the 2 cars in front of me were done it was 9:02. Pulled up and was immediately told«We’re closed!!» with a bit of attitude to say the least. I said how i really needed my Rx and she rudely obliged and took my name and returned and said«its not ready. I only got this like 10 – 15 minutes ago.» Long story short… we had words because i left the Dr.‘s office over 40 minutes ago and he sent it while i was in the exam room. Next day i get an automated message telling me my Rx is ready. When i get to the pharmacy they tell me my Rx contains something I’m allergic to and that the Dr. has not responded to their fax. Next day, I have to call them back and ask whats going on with my script. They basically didn’t know and that if I gave my Dr. a call that would help them out. WTH??? I’m at my job, why don’t you do yours. Still don’t have my Rx. Perhaps I’ll die in the meantime. Just kidding but the lack of care here is concerning. You are in the healthCARE field. It’d would be really nice to see someone give a rats butt. This is the 3rd Walgreens I’ve been through. First was aweful, 2nd was great but closed down and now this one. Started off good but what happen. Guess its time to find another new pharmacy. And that’s not fun and I don’t want to.

Came in Wednesday evening to get some cold and flu items. I was met by the most helpful salesperson, Cameron. I come in there often and usually I’m hard pressed to find someone to help me but tonight was my lucky night.

I called because I was trying to download pics from my phone through their app to be picked up there. Made 3 attempts — something wrong with their app which needs to be fixed. You know how important«first impressions» are. Well, my first impression was not a good one. The person who answered has a lot to be desired. I won’t go into detail, but they need to find someone else to answer their phone. Finally got to speak to a gentleman by the name of «Cameron». I have to say, he was wonderful. Again, won’t go into detail, but he was able to give me the help I needed as did«Chad», who’s the manager. So, bottom line: Walgreens App = zero stars Telephone gal = zero stars Cameron = 5 stars Chad = 5 stars

They have such a huge makeup section and I love it!!! plus I came in and they were having a buy one get one half off sale on most cosmetics. I got special edition Kate Moss lipsticks for 3 dollars & some other off brand ones(that were amazing) for a dollar. The first employee I came across was super friendly and she even made some suggestions. Unfortunately the girl working the cash registers was not as pleasant, but I’ll let it slide since the overall experience was awesome.

I had a prescription and needed to wait more than a week because they were not in stock. However when I came back a week later, they told me they did the wrong prescription. So after calling two more Walgreens near by they directed me to try CVS pharmacy… 10 minutes before they closed. I’ve been getting the same prescription for over two years and I never had an issue. Maybe because it’s the holiday season and they are understaffed but make sure to call and confirm they have your prescription.

Rudest pharmacists ever. They were just closing when I walked up and wouldn’t give me my meds. The meds had gone they the insurance and were paid or. All they had to do was hand them to me.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a year and a half and I’ve noticed the last two months the service has become really unbearable. Last time I went they lost my prescription(which is maybe the fourth time they’ve done that). I spoke to the pharmacist through the drive-up and she was so incredibly demeaning and rude to me. I drove away crying. Granted there computer system had been down that morning, but the automated system confirmed my medication was ready the day before. After the computer system rebooted, it was discovered my prescription had been lost by them. Accidents happen, which I completely understand but it’s another thing to be rude and then deny me my medication. The pharmacist offered me «loners» and when I asked how much it would be she screamed«I said NOTHING!» through the intercom. Then she yelled at me about how often I was supposed to take my medicine and almost didn’t give me MY prescription again. She gave me a few pills, but I felt so trapped by them, in essence, dolling out what medication I could take. I came back twenty minutes later with a copy of the prescription they lost(my doctor makes me copies for my records). When I handed it to the pharmacy assistant I heard the pharmacist yell«I ALREADYGAVEHERTENPILLS.» I was really hurt by this experience because I think that being a part of the medical profession leaves you with the responsibility of treating patients with dignity and as my doctor, who has my medical history in front of her, has prescribed me this medication I don’t think it is the pharmacists right to undermine that because of the pharmacy’s mistake. As of late, every time I go it seems like they are making up new rules on the spot. Like today, I was asked for my I. D on a medication that I’ve been prescribed half a dozen times. It makes me uncomfortable that they seem not to want to give you your medication, whether it’s antibiotics or anti-histamines.

Thanks for nothing. I come to this pharmacy because of its proximity to my office. Today I drove all the way out here and they decided that they would no longer serve me because my ADHD medication is a controlled substance and apparently I can only use a pharmacy in my home city. I asked why it’s never been a problem before, they said they have just decided to be stricter. Well thanks. No medication for me today. I get that rules are rules but you need to be consistent.

The pharmacy workers were extremely friendly, even under what seemed a very busy and chaotic night. Helped me save money because my insurance wouldn’t go through in a different state.

I usually shop at this location because it’s close to home. I can usually find what I’m looking for but I have one, small gripe: Some items that are on sale online are not in the store and only available online. Sure, they will ship them to the store(no charge I was told) for pick up but it’s kind of a hassle when I want something right now.

I have my choice to go to either CVS or Walgreens. I always choose Walgreens. They have more to offer and are always in stocked. When I have time, I like looking around too. They always seem to have stuff you wouldn’t normally find anywhere else. The pharmacy is super helpful! I am one of many who don’t have any benefits, so when something comes up, I come here and tell the pharmacy what I need… they stir me in the right direction and like a cat, I am back on my feet! =)

Pretty good location(on a corner… but aren’t most of them haha). It’s never too busy and I’ve personally always been able to get a spot up front. Everything pretty easy to locate and if I have a list or know what I’m getting then a stop doesn’t usually take more than 10 minutes max. Once in awhile they may be short a person and only have one checkout open but even then, it’s still quick. I’ve never used their pharmacy though. I’ve needed to ask them questions on cold medications on the aisle and they happily assisted me, I however have never needed any prescriptions filled by them. They also seem very good at stocking shelves as I have always gotten everything I’ve needed and never have had to ask if they possibly had something in the back or little things like that.

I practically live right next to walgreens and I usually come here for my prescriptions from the doctors or to get a quick snack. The prices here are phenomenal and the workers are nice. They are spread out at different locations to utilize their efficiency and immediately come over to the check out counter when they see you. I enjoy the service here than any other walgreens I’ve been to.

I usually go to a rite aid or the CVS closer to my house, but i wanted to go to this Walgreens because of their awesome deal on printing photos. I had a coupon that if you buy at least 50 prints, each one would be 10 cents! I went to Alaska recently so i wanted to print out all the pictures and give them to people. There were 2 photo machines so that was good because there was a person at one of them. So i had my Compact Flash and i just slid that into the card reader and boom. I had to just press one button and my pictures were uploaded. It’s touch screen so you just go through the pictures and select how many you want. When i was finished with that i wanted to know where i could put in the coupon code so i could save $$. The employee was really nice and helpful so i give a thumbs up for customer service. The photos were going to be ready in about 3 hours which was fine because i had about 300 photos. It was about $ 40 but with that coupon it was $ 30. what a deal!
