Marco’s Pizza

Marcos has some really good pizza. Way better then dominos and the other chains in Dacula… But… I’m not happy at all. Tonight my pizza came on time, just what I ordered. Except it was dripping in grease. I called to explain that it was bad, the Indian woman on the phone told me that’s how they come. She was not vary helpful to begin with. After compiling more she offered to remake my pizza. At this point I’m not even wanting pizza, I would like to scrap the idea and get something else. She then tells me she will call me back in ten minutes after I asked for a refund or credit for the pizza. Waiting on the call now…
Update at 7 pm my order was at 4:40 pm…
It took two hours for a call back from the store owner. He told me I was threatening him because I said I would post on Unilocal and call Corp. I said I was not I have waited two hours for food with an upset family wanting dinner. He was rude and didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Ended the call before I was done trying to explain why I was upset with the service and food. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Had their pizza for the first time last night and it was fantastic! I don’t normally like thin crust pizza, but this was not soggy and the garlic gave it a great flavor!
The bread sticks were wonderful as well!

My go to pizza place for delivery. Usually order online and have it within 45 minutes or as promised. They always have online specials but my favorite is the cheesy bacon specialty pizza.

Be very careful here! They will discard your signed receipt and add the tip of their choice for record! Fraudulent activity alert! WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!
This is first hand reporting we signed the ticket decided on the tip amount and when it cleared out account it was more! When we went to speak to them about it was refund the difference and when showed our «receipt» it was NOT our signature nor the amount we signed for!
We just might get the authorities involved because this is a crime!

First time checking it out. I heard some good things about it, we will see. Well, the service and the associates were pretty good and polite. Disclaimer: I don’t claim to be a food extraordinaire, but the pizza (Italian sausage with pepperoni) was damn good and the cinnamon bread was ok at best. They cost a little more than the normal chain pizza joints. I do recommend checking them out.

So I’m reviewing the pizza and the service since I won’t have the free pizza for a year situation play out. The pizza is pretty good. I would say the thin crust is the best around. The regular crust is just OK. I feel like paying $ 6 for one across the street is just as good and much cheaper. The only side I’ve tried is the cheese bread and it is very good also. Wasn’t so impressed with the dipping sauces that I got with it though. The service has been very good. The employees are very nice and polite. The atmosphere is good as well. I will go back.

Free Pizza for a year!!! Was one of the first in line for this Marco’s Pizza locations grand opening. The employees at the time were telling everyone that this deal was unlimited. Order as much as you like, no limit on your free pizza for a year deal. I’ve been getting one to two pizzas a week, each time my card gets punched. During my last order they told me I only have two pizzas left for my free pizza for a year deal. Its been 2 months! A bit confused, I asked for an explanation. They told me it was one free pizza a month for a year. This detail was never explained during the two hours I stood on line for the grand opening. Its not written on the free Pizza card they gave me and was never communicated by any of the employees till now. I like the pizza, but to tell you the truth its pricey compared to the other multiple pizza locations in close proximity. Dont like the miscommunication, possibly categorized as false advertisement. Not telling the whole truth is just as bad as a lie. Marco’s needs to have more structure in their marketing to connect to their customers more effectively.
