I went here to have routine service on my Ford Explorer. Originally, I made an appointment on line for mid-​afternoon. I found I had some extra time so I arrived there about 2 hours earlier than my appointment time and asked if they could take me early. The Service Advisor, Mike said it would not be a problem and assured he would get me in as soon as possible. They have a nice customer waiting area with free wifi. After a short wait (45 min) Mike came in and said I was ready to go. I was amazed. They have a coupon that gives your the «works», which is a synthetic oil change, fluids and a multi point inspection. Cost $ 29 and then you get a $ 10 rebate. I am an «Advantage Member», so I had $ 28 in my account. I only had to pay $ 7 out of pocket and then I get a $ 10 rebate, so I ended up making $ 3. Ford has some great programs. I was obviously very pleased with my service here and I will continue to return for service.
