Having no way to pay online is problematic. They would not even allow me to use a new card# bec they did not have it on file already. We’ve always been on time but missed by one day this month due to their being closed for the Easter holiday and the company would not work with us, by even splitting the late fee. Whitney was unsympathetic and confrontational and said the owner of the business is her only boss, who lives out of state and only communicates w/her once a month via email so I could not speak with anyone else.
