This place is nice and welcoming but they will say anything to sell the product and take your money. I been here twice, I hate myself for giving them a second chance.

I have been going to advanced skin fitness since 2007 for various treatments. The staff is always very professional and accommodating. They are very thorough to explain to you the processes and proper care and prep before and after your treatments. They are extremely knowledgable in their respective fields. I have had many types of their treatments (the most recent being the high pixel laser) and have been extremely pleased with all my results. The clinic is very clean. They are also good about being up to date and the latest treatments and procedures for skincare. I will never go anywhere else.

If you want botox or restylane injections, run to William Moore with Advanced Skin Fitness. William knows exactly where to put the tiny injections to give the best results to my face. His facility is clean, the receptionist was knowledgeable and William is an expert in his profession. I will never go anywhere else.

I had laser hair removal done for my lower legs at Advanced Skin Fitness and was so pleased with my results and the service that I received that I chose to go here when I wanted to try IPL Photofacial to treat dark spots/​sun damage on my chest. I can’t believe how great my skin looks 3 weeks after my first treatment — it’s just crazy how the spots are faded or disappeared and how pretty & glowy my skin is. Can’t wait to wear jewelry that draws attention to this area and lower cut necklines this summer, and I’m looking forward to my other 2 IPL treatments (my first was purchased as part of a package). I found the prices here are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive compared to other medspa-​type places in the area. I recommend ASF but agree with the previous reviewer that the consult might feel a little car salesman-​ish or be a turnoff to some people.

It is clear to me that the «amazing reviews» about this facility have been written by the folks who work/​own it. I had a horrible experience! I went in on 4÷27÷13 for laser hair removal to my chin area. I was nervous and skeptical since all information suggests that only the right laser and right technician is appropriate for my dark skin. I stood at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes before the people fluttering around stopped long enough to assist me. I was finally given paperwork and told to sit on a sofa for another 15 minutes. Finally, «Lonnie» came over to begin my consultation in a small (cold) front room. This is where all of the drama, ridiculous tactics, manipulation, and unethical sales behavior began. It is embarrassing and humiliating having the kind of growth I was experiencing. I was really feeling depressed about my appearance and having to show a complete stranger the growth was an awful experience. Lonnie and her «Director» took advantage of what they perceived to be desperation. At first, Lonnie told me that one treatment would be 129.00. I asked about the 89.00 that was advertised on the Internet and she said, «89.00 was for the package deal only.» The package deal included multiple treatments totaling 535.00. If I gave her 535.00 today, she could get the hair taken care of. The discount coupons on their website were also not applicable. I hopelessly agreed to her price. She then took a look at my face and told me that it wasn’t just my chin that needed laser, there was a hair on my jaw and neck and she would have to charge for those areas separately. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. When I protested she decided she needed to ask her «Director» if she needed to charge for separate areas. I felt like I was shopping for a car while the salesman played haggling games during the financing process. Lonnie came back and advised that her «Director» said it was fine to just charge for the chin area. She continued filling out the paperwork at the agreed price of 535.00 and then mid-​point decided that she would have to charge me another 75.00 for a «Director’s fee.» I was furious. It was becoming comical at this point. I had driven nearly one hour to get to this facility and had to wait exactly one month before they could get me a Saturday appointment and now they were price gouging and charging me another 75.00. The «Director» should have been paying me 75.00 for my inconvenience. Finally, I got my wits about me and began walking out of the building. «Lonnie had the audacity to ask me «was I sure» I wanted to decline the service. I was offended that this little individual was brazen enough to even attempt to undermine me. I left. WOMEN OF COLOR DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
Thankfully, I found Texas Health Care Laser (
8^th Avenue, #320, Forth Worth, TX). It is located at Baylor Hospital in the office of Gynecologists Lori Atkins, MD and Jennifer Motely, MD. The certified laser technician was hand picked by the doctors. I have never felt so safe. The technician’s name is Jodi Moody. She is a mature woman with decades of experience. She was just an angel. She treated me with the utmost respect and even gave me a hug after my treatment. It’s a doctor’s office so their only source of income has nothing to do with laser hair removal. Laser is just a service they provide since many of their patients have PCOS. Jodi charged me 179.00 for four sessions. She treated my chin and any small areas adjacent to the chin (areas that Advanced Skin Fitness was trying to charge separately). She used the Candela gentleYAG Laser (the same one Advanced Skin Fitness uses) and assured me that it was the correct laser for my Nubian skin. The procedure was quick, painless, and amazingly effective. I couldn’t believe how great I looked. I couldn’t stop smiling. Making people feel beautiful, well, and whole is what healthcare is all about. When you try to take advantage of people who need help, it defeats the purpose. SHAME ON YOU ADVANCED SKIN FITNESS!

I have been a client at this med spa for several years and highly recommend their services. I agree with the other posters that the space is beautiful and very clean. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have tried many of their services and have always been very pleased with the results. Most importantly, William Moore changed my skin forever and I am so thankful. After years of dealing with problem skin and seeking solutions for the scarring, I gave up because I was told that nothing could be done about it. When I met William at Advanced Skin Fitness, he recommended and executed a skin resurfacing treatment that removed my imperfections and acne scars. For the first time in my life, people have told me that I have beautiful skin. Thank you, William!

I’ve been going to Advanced Skin Fitness for several years now. The facility is beautiful and clean which I feel is very important! Their staff is full of knowledge and I always feel more than comfortable going in for treatments — whether I’m having injections of Dysport/​Juvederm or laser treatments for skin rejuvenation. I would recommend them to anyone!

This spa space is really gorgeous, clean, and full of super awesome, knowledgeable types, complete with the requisite white clinical shirts with cool little logos! I made an appointment based on a friends referral and was not disappointed.
My anti aging treatment, was great. The technology used was state of the art. All my questions were answered, and I could see the results the same day. Two weeks later, I received a followup phone call to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service .
I highly recommend this as one of the best skin care clinics in Dallas.
