Andrew’s Land & Tree Service & Firewood Delivery

I contacted and spoke to Andrew himself. He was very polite on the phone. I called him earlier in the week and he said he could maybe get out for an estimate by the end of the week, very latest, early the next week either on Monday or Tuesday. Great… sounds good.
Except for the fact that he never called back that week. So I contacted him via text (as I previously did) asking him if he would be there Monday night or Tuesday night. Monday came and went. Nothing. So I called him Tuesday and he seemed like he had no clue what I was talking about. He said he could make it the next day between 5 – 7. Ok fine.
He was a no show. He called Thursday saying he was in the hospital for a spider bite. I felt bad, and he wanted to come on Friday for the estimate at noon.
Again…a NO SHOW!
I called him around 1pm and his cell phone kept going to voicemail (I attempted about 6 times over the day) and his office phone, went straight to voicemail (which is odd).
I wanted his side of the story (maybe something went wrong), so I tried calling again on Monday. The cell rang and then he sent me to voicemail three times. Obviously avoiding me.
So, after way too many failed attempts, I gave my business to another company that gave me an estimate and will be here tomorrow afternoon to take the trees down!

Very fast service! I called this morning and he worked in my delivery. I got a truck load of good quality firewood and it’s so much for the price. That I will have enough to last the rest of the winter. Andrew and his crew stacked the firewood very neatly. Very pleased with their service.

I called on a Rainy Tuesday and got delivery the same day. He delivered good quality wood and stacked it where I needed for a good price. He gave me an accurate time for delivery and was friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
