I couldn’t find anything for 2015 so I am rating on here. I an very disappointed with what the VIP tickets get this year. There was no food after 9 and the other vendors were out of food as well. It’s only been an hour. Also the bar lines were 20min. Not worth $ 65/person at all.

Was really disappointed in this event. There were some interesting things to see, primarily for me the oil paintings being done live and the makeup application(body paint and face paint that another reviewer posted a pic of). The acoustics were kind of meh. Hard floors and ceilings made the bass overwhelming on the band, and the girl that came out to announce something(*presumably who was coming next) was effectively inaudible from 20 feet away. There was no schedule so you didn’t know if you should stay upstairs and catch a catwalk, or head downstairs to see a band or dancers. The biggest issue I think was that the venue seemed to have simply too many people in it. It was on two floors and the only transit was a single normal staircase that was maybe 3.5′ wide. There’s a freight elevator but it was shut down to allow outside access on the first floor. Any kind of panic on the second floor would have been terrifying. The normal wait to get down the stairs could be as long as 7 – 8 minutes so you can imagine if everyone decided to leave at once.

One night full of high energy art, fashion, & music collaboration to keep you fascinated. I always look forward to Artopia. This years event seemed a lot smaller then before. Had a great time but everyone seemed off there game. Kind of a cluster f#%k. I missed the fashion show because it was upstairs & to congested near the stairway. I am glad I went for the awesome people watching & live art. just wish they had it more under control & spaced the venue out better. Look forward to next year because this year missed the Mark :(
