I’ve lived at Avenue H for about a month now and cannot rave enough about the property and team! Angela helped make the leasing and moving process so simple, and has been a dream to work with. Also have to give a special shoutout to the maintenance guys who went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost item during moving — something they didn’t have to do!
Everyone we’ve encountered on the maintenance and leasing teams is so friendly and helpful. The building is spotless and impeccably maintained. Apartments are quite spacious with great finishes. Location can’t be beat.
After a nightmare experience with our last apartment and leasing company, Avenue H has been an absolute delight. Love coming home here everyday!

I’m moving from Chicago to Dallas and wanted to make sure I lived in a safe, nice, and fun location but one that didn’t attract all the kiddos who party and trash things. I was referred to Avenue H by a friend and contacted Angela Gonzales to help me. Angela has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find the right apartment and get everything set up — from 1,000 miles away. While I am super nervous for the moving process, everything before moving in has been so seamless, I’m sure moving in will be the same way.
Avenue H prides themselves on excellent service and a well-​managed building. I cannot wait to call this place home!

I’ve lived here now for a few months and feel compelled to write a review because that’s how happy I am. It’s felt like home from the beginning but now even more so. The building itself is brand-​new and gorgeous, sleek and modern décor, brand-​new everything, proximity to the Katy Trail which is around the corner, the maintenance guys are fantastic and will take care of you the same day if possible, and I am now friends with the management and leasing team because they’re such wonderful people. I had an issue with the online portal system to pay your rent and Shanessa went out of her way to accommodate me. The gym in the building, the pool deck, and the actual apartments are all beautiful. I hate paying for valet trash but that seems to be every building in this area. Icing on the cake is you can walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in uptown. I also love my kitchen and overall, I now just love coming home! Very happy here.
