Half a star… the woman at the counter was so nice and recommended the worst sandwich. You guys seriously need to rethink your muffuletta… muffuletta does not come with tomato lettuce onion or balsamic dressing! Yuck!!! The bets thing about yen ridiculous amount of money I spent was the brewed tea. Never again!

The bf and I have stopped here twice. The service has always been lovely, and I’ve enjoyed all of the sandwiches, soup, and cookies that I’ve tried. It’s a tad overpriced for what you get in my opinion, though.

Yeah… I love this place. When I was working in Dallas I ate there every week. If I lived there I would go here every week just for the salads. The last time my wife and I were in Dallas we went there straight from the airport. The sandwiches are great too on homemade bread.

Pretty good place for a quick quality lunch. Nice soups, sandwiches, and wraps. I would avoid anything with BBQ sauce. The wrap I ordered was basically all sloppy and no joe. The portions are reasonable so you shouldn’t be leaving like you need a nap or a to go box after. They have one of the new beverage dispensers that coke provides with all the flavor combos and such. Plus my favorite, free ice cream near the entrance so when it’s really burning outside during the summer, you can grab one last piece of coolness before braving the sun.

I’ve never been impressed by the food at Baker Bros. Suffering from the Cheesecake Factory menu disease, BB offers a crushing amount of options that are all just OK. By way of my office ordering lunch, I’ve had two of their sandwiches, a salad, and a flatbread, all of which I ate but wasn’t wowed by. I find it difficult to trust a restaurant trying to do so many things to have a solid foundation; if Bakers Bros has a core dish experience, it definitely isn’t highlighted anywhere on the menu. Is it the pizza that makes this restaurant unique? The sandwiches? The salads? The soup? Who knows! The same price for a meal could go to the many restaurants situated near BB who have chosen — correctly, in my mind — to craft an experience around a small set of food items, creating something unique. BB feels like a lackadaisical attempt to feature every lunch dish the owners have ever thought they might like to make. Everything I’ve had is good, but nothing so far has been great. My experiences are the embodiment of a 3 star review.

One of my favorite sandwiches comes from here… the Kentucky Club. I have eaten here for over 5 years and the staff is always friendly!

I walked by this place around lunch time and figured, ‘let’s give it a try!’ Friendly staff, clean, and a pretty standard seating arrangement and décor. Nothing fancy. I tried the roasted chicken sandwich, which came with your standard toppings including chicken and spicy mayo on a wheat ciabatta roll. It was a heated sandwich as well, and it was very tasty! The roll was fresh, the chicken had very good flavor, and the spicy mayo added that amazing tasty kick! I would definitely order it again. There is so much variety on the menu that makes you want to try it all! I would consider Subway your average three star sandwich joint. However, this establishment is definitely above average with their creativity and taste in their creations. I recommend stopping by and trying it out once, and there will more than likely be a twice.

Ate here today! Got the K.C. Sandwich(minus horseradish) combo with salad and drink. Caesar salad was a generous portion and very tasty! I’m leaving full and happy. There were 2 of us and both ordered small sandwich/salad combos and our bill was $ 20.19. I will definitely eat here again! Staff was friendly.

Oh, Bakers Brothers. I try so hard to like this place(and am forced to order it on occasion for work meetings) but I just can’t do it. I mean, what is so hard about soups, sandwiches, salads, and the occasional flat bread. Not only is the food not that great, but it’s also expensive as all get out. But wait, there’s more! We ordered for a work meeting and not only did they miss my order, but they took over an hour and a half to deliver my missing meal. Such a disappointment…

I have frequented this establishment for a couple of years and the food is pretty good for standard lunchtime fare. Today I walked in and upon smiling at the cashier girl and saying a friendly«hello» was greeted with a blank stink-eyed stare. My boyfriend and I looked up at the menu for literally 5 seconds the he looked back down and politely said hi, she snapped back«are you ready yet?» He told her no, seeing as how we obviously just walked in the door we were not. Feeling super rushed we just ordered whatever caught our eye. She did not inform us of sides or options because she was dumb as a box of rocks and clearly jaded with her life and job. Walking back inside to pick up our order all of the employees behind the counter stopped their giggling convo about us. So needless to say we asked for the manager and called out said employee in front of her face and will not be returning to this shit hole where customers are so annoying, ever again.

Excellent food and service. I go for the Siciliano italian sandwich which comes with a tasty basil pesto sauce. My dining companion raves about the KC Old Fashioned roast beef sandwich. One nice feature is the add a drink and salad combo. There are several deli salads to choose from for your side salad, such as caesar and even tuna. I always have plenty left over for next day’s lunch. A special shout out for this Greenville Ave. location. We forgot to bring ice for the cooler we keep in the car for dining left overs. And since we wouldn’t be home for hours we needed to keep our food chilled. I’m not wasting perfectly excellent Bakers sandwiches. So the manager gives me a whole bag of ice to save the day. I didn’t catch his name but props to yous guys. One con: They discontinued the green tea.

Baker Bros is a great place to satisfy your lunch needs. Whether you want something light like a small salad or wrap, or something heavy like a sandwich or a colossal baked potato, Baker Bros will fill your stomach and be light on the wallet. The food isn’t spectacular, but it will satisfy.

Baker Bros. is one of my favorite nearby sandwich places. This location is usually packed at lunchtime, especially on Sundays. At the dinner hour, however, you’ll find only a handful of people there at a time. I’ve had quite a few of their assorted sandwiches, flatbreads, wraps, and ‘taters. While I’m very partial to the Chili Cheese Tater(basically a baked potato covered in Frito pie), my absolute favorite is the South Beach sandwich. Their eggspun rolls are phenomenal, but the bacon and spicy mayo really seal the deal.

Gave it 3 stars, even though I question that. Their potato salad was basically potatoes and mayo… I ordered a corned beef and swiss, and was told they didnt have corned beef… I pointed out they had a «reuben»(no rye) and had to order the reuben without kraut to get close to what I wanted. The corned beef was almost as bland as their potato salad. What kind of deli doesn’t have rye? It was disappointing but the wife was ok with it so instead of one or 3 stars I gave it 3. She also thought the salad was bland.

I had never ever thought about going to Baker’s Bros, but I was next door and a great sandwhich sounded good, but disappointed awaited. I had a reuban sandwich which is one of my favorites at McAlisters… piled high with meat. There was no meat piled high… the sandwhich was actually really small for the price. It tasted good that wasn’t the problem, but why no go to McAlisters where the sandwhiches are twice the size for the same price. at least that’s what I will do in the future.

Nice surprise at Bakers today. Walked in and got a carnation for Valentine’s day. I was confused at first because I thought Valentine’s was tomorrow. She said: Happy Valentine’s day, I said uh, what isn’t that tomorrow. She laughed and said yes. Whew! I was about to be in trouble. So, tomorrow they have a 2 for $ 20 deal. You get, your choice of flatbread, 2 café size entrees, 2 beverages and a dessert. Probably not too bad considering everywhere might be packed. I had the Napa Valley sandwich and it was great. Very good food and I was happy.

I have no idea why I am so compelled to give this place a bad review? In all honestly I don’t think anything was wrong with the place. On the contrary it was pretty good! Maybe that’s it, it was just good. same olé’ same. I will applaud them for having really good looking salads. To quote my mom they are«Far Out«and I doubt that is a term she uses lightly. They aren’t the type you’d expect from a fast-foodish Deli. I got the Tuna Sandwich(I’m a creature of habit) which was pretty good, nothing special. I got the Potato Salad which was lacking but«okay» like everything else in this damn place. I can see this place are somewhere you can count on as being a consistently«okay» place to have a relatively healthy lunch. + one star for having beer.
