They are really slow to fill prescriptions. Some of the employees have policies that they follow, and others don’t follow the same policies. Being an employee of Baylor, it really irritates me when everything is consistently inconsistent. Not to mention the number of times I’ve had my prescriptions messed up(I once received someone else’s diabetes meds in place of my own. Thank goodness I made it back the next day before they picked up). They say that they call when a prescription is ready but I only get a call one out of every 20 or so that I get filled there. They need to be a lot more consistent with how they operate. There have been times where they’ve called me to inform me that my prescription is ready, and I still had to wait when I arrived. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because it’s conveniently located. Otherwise, I’d be taking my scripts somewhere else.
