We recently had a pipe leak while we were out of town that resulted in serious flooding of our home. My large wool area rug was soaked in
some areas, and ‘bled’ on itself… causing dark discoloration on the lighter parts. I had used Behnam Rugs before, but this time, I called in a panic. They got the rug immediately and cleaned it. The stains remained. Mr. Ben reassured me that he was not done, and that he would continue to use tried and true methods to take out the dark red stains… and his methods worked! My 40 + year old rug looks remarkable for all it went thru, and I am grateful that he continued to work on it to get all the discoloration out. Thank you!

We needed our Persian rug cleaned. It was a very expensive item and we needed a true professional company to handle the job.
When I brought the rug to Benham, Ben the owner was able to tell me EXACTLY where the rug was made, where I bought it and precisely how much I paid! That showed me he REALLY knows the products he sells and services.
The rug was cleaned beautifully, for a reasonable price, within the time frame quoted. What else could we ask for?
I highly recommend this company for anything needed in expensive Persian rugs.

The service and knowledge of the staff is excellent. They cleaned an oriental rug that had an old pet stain and did an excellent job. The rug looks as good as new. They were very friendly and professional. While I was there, I also got to see the aviary on the roof and fed the birds, which was interesting and fun. I recommend them highly.

Very professional. They gave me a lot of information about my rug, and were very meticulous about making sure I understood how it would be cleaned, any risks involved, etc. They did a great job and the rug looks fantastic. Good work and great customer service.
They also have an aviary on the roof and will let you feed the birds. They seem to really enjoy their work. You don’t often find this kind of single proprietorship where the owner takes an interest in each customer, even for a small job like mine.
