Best Western Plus Addison Galleria Hotel

Today is Sunday and I’ve been here since Wednesday. I’m in a downstairs room, very close to the front desk and the ice machine, vending machines, pool and lobby. There is also free WiFi and microwaves and refrigerators are in each room.
My room is VERY clean. And I do mean VERY. And it’s comfortable. This hotel has free breakfast that consists of patty sausage: meh: egg rounds, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, muffins & pastries andddddddd a waffle maker that makes waffles in the shape of the state of Texas: super cute:
A reviewer from a couple of days ago stated that the rooms weren’t cleaned in a timely manner, however I don’t opt for daily cleaning service when I’m traveling by myself, but the maid service did leave a slip of paper under my door every morning before noon indicating that they were honoring my do not disturb request and that if I needed anything to just call the front desk. I think that’s pretty timely, considering that they can’t just start cleaning rooms that are occupied at 7 in the damn morning because people are still sleeping. All that would do is piss people off! And I DID NOT SEE ANY BUGS OF ANY SORT in my room or anywhere else inside the property.
It’s hot as 17 hells in Texas and the air conditioner in the room worked perfectly. Bathroom clean, bath tub clean. Water pressure in the toilet was low, but flushed without a problem. Front desk staff was very pleasant.
Now, the piece de resistance of this hotel is the LOCATION!!! I didn’t have a car and I got around just fine. There are LITERALLY 30 restaurants withing walking distance and some are across the parking lot from the hotel. There is also a seven eleven diagonal from the hotel. EVERYTHING that you need is right at your fingertips. I’ll definitely stay here again if I don’t need to be close to downtown Dallas. I had an excellent stay!
