The one star is for service. They actually do clean your clothes well. The reason the staff does not know you is because they have new staff every week and perhaps the reason you wait in the car and more and more people are getting down with their bundles is because they may have less staff that does not see your car drive up. It could be a management problem instead of a service or training issue.
