This place is an incredible little gem in Dallas for all of the creatives. The rates are affordable for people just getting started. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The quality of the studio was unreal. I did a photo shoot in studio 3 and will be back to do more as soon as possible. Highly recommend it.

Don’t expect them to give you the time of the day unless you’re planning on spending a boat load of money. All I wanted from them was a simple white background to record an opening scene for my vlog(video blog) and a couple of other topic scenes with an ending scene. I asked the owner Michael to record 6 clips, each only 4 to 8 seconds long. He wanted to charge me $ 600 which I thought was outrageous for 48 seconds worth of film. I understand that there is also some time that goes into processing the films. I have my own pro-audio studio at home so I’m very well aware of the additional side work which isn’t much for 48 seconds of material. I told him my budget was around $ 200 and he offered to do it for that price. Since he lowered his price I even offered to mention his company’s name in the shot-outs at the end of each vlog ending scene. So the next day I came out and we shot the 6 slips, each about 6 seconds. At first I was excited because I liked the reviews I read. But the customer service took an ugly turn right after I paid and left. It took Michael over a week just to send me the videos even though he told me that he would have it to me the next day. I was concerned but still I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When I finally got access to the opening scene it looked like a 5th grader had slapped it together. I told him that I would relieve him of the duties of working on the opening scene and asked him to just send me the original raw shots so that I could do it myself. I have have Adobe Premier Pro CC and Adobe After Effects but I thought hiring a pro would give my videos a boost in presentation. I was wrong. I emailed Michael 3 times and left him a voicemail with his personal assistant asking for the raw files that I had paid for. He simply refused to return any of my emails or phone calls. Finally, after waiting 3 weeks I had to send Michael an nasty email giving him one last opportunity to resolve this issue to which he replied quote unquote: «I apologize for the delay I should not of taken the job as I simply am too busy trying to run my business» I’m a contractor and we do about half a million dollar worth of business every year. Money is not an issue. But if this is the level of customer service you get with $ 200, why on earth would anyone risk spending $ 2,000.00 when in reality the culture of this crowd is people who spend more get special treatment and people who don’t are disregarded. Building relationships is not a priority because it’s not profitable for them. I was looking forward to hiring them to come out to one of our jobs to film for the whole day. Obviously that’s not going to happen unless I am willing to write them a blank check. Will not use them again, and will not recommend them.

I’ve never seen a facility this nice outside of California. I’ve been in media production for years and have always wanted a facility like this to work in… The people who built this place had creatives in mind when they constructed it. This place has everything from sound studios to video/photo studios. Every time I work on a project here I end up meeting tons of interesting and talented people who are also in the industry(this is the only place in Dallas that offers amazing networking for people in the industry). I haven’t even mentioned the best part… The rates are amazing! When I produce a project here, I know that I will never go over budget. The same can’t be said for other higher end studios I’ve worked in. I know this review sounds kind of like an advert… But I really mean it when I say I recommend this place. I rarely write good reviews and only write them when I think they are deserved. If you don’t believe me, read some of my other reviews.
