From the outside, these apartments appear very similar to townhomes one might expect to purchase and/​or finance. Once inside, you quickly acknowledge they are «just apartments». No ventilation in the bathrooms or kitchen areas to remove unwanted odors outside the apartment, walls are paper thin with zero soundproofing between one another. This is most noticeable around the staircase and kitchen areas, minimal storage options in the units so every time one of your neighbors opens their garage expect it to look like an episode of «Hoarders». After residing here a month or so it will feel like living in the attic of your parents house. A/​C is poorly designed.
Speaking of neighbors, not exactly the classiest folks in town will be residing next to you. This will be most apparent on weekends and holidays when you can visually see them outside bbq’ing and getting drunk/​high with their friends. These are also the people who will invite their trashy friends over to help crash the clubhouse pool. In general, the clubhouse is small and nothing more than a brochure item. The exercise room will fit into my garage with no problem. Forget about walking options as there aren’t any.
I recommend you avoid this place. Don’t be fooled by the «townhome look».

I looked online, was sent photos as I was moving cross country. When I arrived I asked to look at the property — it was on the corner with my neighbor being Chickfila, Gas Store and Tom Thumb — no security or privacy. The inside SMELL of smoke, walls needed to be fixed, the fixture in the bathroom was falling down… I had no other choices but decided this was not where I would be calling home!

I love this place. Spacious floor plans and is walking distance from restaurants and shopping.
