Where do I even begin? Terrible experience — I will never be back to this Chili’s My girlfriend and I walked in on a Monday night — around 8pm — they looked a little busy, but hey — this is the dinner rush, you should be prepared. After standing there at the front for 5+ minutes without a single word from ANY employee(I made eye contact with more than one as they walked by the front door and ignored us.) we were finally greeted with a very unenthusiastic«how many?» from what I would assume would be the host. mind you he was one of the employees that walked by, looked at us, ignored us and continued on working, clearly no idea the roles of a host in a restaurant(like maybe a «one minute» or «be right with you!» as he passed by us the first couple times) he cleaned our table and we were FINALLY sat(going on ten minutes from entering the restaurant that wasn’t on a wait at the time. no apologies or mention of the fact). At this point we were considering going down the road to eat elsewhere but we waited so long to just be greeted and sat that we figured the worst was behind us and we could enjoy our date night — wrong. We sat at our booth, un-greeted or even talked to for over ten minutes, I did however see the first server that finally greeted us walk by the table multiple times and again, even make eye contact with me — no «I’ll be right with you» no «sorry but just one second» — nothing. After he helped three other tables around us and stood at the server side station right behind our booth while staring off into space contemplating the meaning of life we were FINALLY greeted — just one minute short of the 15 minute time limit my girlfriend and I had set before we walked out and went elsewhere. After a greet that would only be rivaled by a wet dish cloth we ordered — mind you we ordered everything since we had so long to sit and memorize the menu. two waters(which seemed to disappoint our server — sorry we don’t drink alcohol with every meal or enjoy sugary drinks…) and skillet queso + chips, and then steak/prime rib fajitas and the steak/shrimp skillet combo. drinks came(we had no set ups, straws, utensils, anything.) and then we waited for over ten minutes for our appetizer when another server told us there was a «miscommunication» and our app would be «right out» — around 5 minutes later it finally showed up. Finally some food, right? after what could of been no more than 3 minutes later I hear the sizzle of our fajitas and skillet stake coming out with the first server(who i guess forgot to ring in our app??) so much for enjoying the apps BEFORE our dinner — whatever we were hungry. The food looked amazing! I’m sure it would of tasted amazing too — if we’d of had silverware to enjoy it with! Again, after 5 minutes of trying to get the attention of multiple employees walking by and making no effort to communicate with us(do all your servers wear blinders? what happened to teamwork — isn’t that why we had two servers???) I finally was tired or staring at my food and got up to find someone. I walked back to the front and caught the«host» who sat us earlier, told him we needed silverware, and was told simply«we’re out of silverware» — awesome! I sat back down and watched my food get cold for another few minutes before we were finally brought some roll ups — again no apologies, nothing. I enjoyed my luke warm shrimp and fires — luckily my steak was still somewhat hot. Food tasted amazing — the problem was nothing to do with the kitchen. The biggest kicker was at the end, after receiving service comparable to a mcdonalds at 3am, the second server asked us to do the survey and that it would«look good on him». are you kidding me??? I’m 27 and have been waiting tables since I was 19 and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever received — and the server was clueless enough and had the assiduity to tell me to fill out a survey!?? i will never be back to this location.

I usually get the Cajun Chicken Pasta from Chili’s and most of the ones I’ve gone to they’ve been pretty good. For some reason, every time I come to this one it just isn’t as good. The chicken is almost always undercooked(or overcooked.) They do have pretty good desserts though.

I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with grilled avocado and it was delicious. I ate every thing on the plate which surprised me because I am usually not a huge fan of avocado. I ordered my steak rare and it was indeed cooked(or not, I like my steak super bloody) to perfection. In terms of service, our waiter Taylor was super nice and friendly. He refilled my drinks as soon as they were empty and frequently checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. I am very pleased with my experience and I will definitely come back.

I have gone to this chilis multiple times and the food is mediocre, service is awful I wasn’t acknowledged by any of the employees except the girl Darian, who was really nice in to-go. I would give it one star but the Togo girl earned an extra

I’ve been to many Chilli’s all over Florida and the NE but this is the best one yet. The baby back ribs were HUGE and the server was very attentive. Now that I moved into this area, they have a customer for life. Great place, staff and food!

This is a standard chain restaurant. Our group went for a quick lunch and overall it was a pretty bland experience. The food was ok, our group ordered a couple burgers, quesadillas, and a triple decker sampler… the order took forever. The restaurant was practically empty but yet it took nearly 25 minutes to get our food. The server was the bright spot with great service and quick refills.

It’s Chili’s. They are all the same quality. I happen to like them. This one happens to have great servers with really positive attitudes.

From the past Chili’s has changed a lot. they still have the old time menu items but there are a lot of new items. For instance guacamole burger which I recently got and skillet sides. I’ve been to this location a couple of times and each time the service was different. I had the guacamole burger and a half order of texas cheese fries. My total came out to be $ 12. If you substitute the reg fries for cheese fries it’s $ 2 extra. I sat at the bar because the wait time was too long. The bartender told me HH for the drinks is anytime of the day but for food it’s as is. I unfortunately didn’t get any drinks which might have ticked the bartender off. Which could be the reason why bartender was not attentive to the customers at the bar. I heard one of the servers complaining and dissing one of his tables to the bartender. So this location is not the best at restaurant service. The burger was pretty good but not the best and the cheese fries was overloaded with cheese. The fries that came with the cheese fries was salty and the amount of cheese on top I am surprised I didn’t walk out with a heart attack. Chili’s is trying to be better but the amount of salt used in their food could be taken down a whole lot.

My boyfriend and I came here randomly on a weeknight out of pure laziness of not wanting to cook. We walked into the bar area and it smelled disgusting. There was a strong smell of old beer as if the floors were coated with it. We sat down at a table and waited well over 10 minutes to be greeted. We ordered chips and salsa, one beer and two waters. A different waiter brought our chips and salsa and water but there was no sighting of the beer my boyfriend ordered. Our chips and salsa were empty when our waitress finally returned. We ordered our meals then asked about the beer. She said she was busy with other tables and forgot. Ok fine we’ll let her have that one. Maybe she was busy. Our food came out in record time. I had the shrimp tacos on corn tortillas. They were pretty bland. It’s as if they forgot the seasoning and just tossed plain shrimp in. I get these every time I go to the child’s on Preston and these were way worse than my normal order. My boyfriend got the chicken nachos. His was heavy in cheese and lacking in chicken. Halfway through our meal people started running outside. It turns out one of the guys in the bar had been over served. He went out to his car and hit the back of another car in the parking lot. Needless to say we didn’t see our waitress for a good 30 minutes during all of this. Spending almost two hours at chills was not our ideal night. When we finally saw the waitress we flagged her down to get our tab. She handed us the black book with, go figure, the wrong check. We finally got the right one and paid out as quickly as possible. I will never return to this chili’s again nor do I recommend it. Service took way too long and bartenders shouldn’t be over serving people at 8:30 at night!

Came here for lunch and ordered the flatbread(b/c they had it on their lunch menu). I didn’t specify the lunch portion(seeing that I only reviewed the lunch menu) and our server didn’t ask to clarify. Therefore, I received the full dinner portion and was charged that way. Our server was very unattentive, considering the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The flatbread was pretty good, but not to where I’d want to order it again.

Giant corporation serves average, unoffensive food. I went here once with a friend. Food is not much to speak of. Service ranges from average to poor. The friend bought an alcoholic drink but I opted for a water, which prompted the waitress to subtly ply me into buying a drink. If I was more gutsy, I would’ve said what I was thinking, «Bitch, I ain’t even 21, scram,» but instead I just gave a polite smile and said no thank you.

I hesitate to give this location even two stars. One is for the consistently non offensive food. Yes, non offensive. It’s not bad or especially good. Just okay. The other star is for the occasional friendly staffer. The lack of the other three stars is for the rush you through your meal, give you the check before you finish eating, let alone ask if you want anything else, make you feel like as much of an unwelcome burden attitude we have experienced twice. No thanks. Life is hard enough without the shitty attitude we got here. Twice.

OK – for me this is another neighborhood restaurant which I can get to very easily. The parking may be a little tight during busy hours. This place is right on Coit in a free standing shopping center. I found that one must consider the time of day when they want to dine if you are trying to avoid big crowds. After the lunch hour passes, say 1:15Pm, is the perfect time for this location. The business people have all gone back to the office. There should be plenty of seating available. We have found that generally the clean up of the tables takes place quickly after the lunch hour. Trust that is the same for you on the day you choose to eat here. For those who have dined at Ciliils, the menu is staggering as it consist of several pages and lots of food items. Lately we have passed over most of the menu and settled for the specials which currently includes«2-for». We have never been disappointed in any selections we have made from this menu. The hamburgers are large and juicy and the chips and salsa are excellent. Tip your waitress good, be nice to her and at the end ask to take the remaining chips home with you. Generally(not always) the waitress will get you a fresh bag to tote home. What a great deal!!!

Came here to get some food for the boo and my bro. They were doing the 2 can dine for 20 meal that comes with 2 entrees and an appetizer. Ordering was a cinch and the staff was friendly. a little too friendly because i think the front girl was trying to flirt with me. I ended up ordering the honey chipotle chicken tenders, fried onion and jalapenos, and the chicken fajitas. The chicken strips had great crunch and was portioned well. Fried chicken tenders had a nice seasoning on it, and the honey chipotle sauce was actual honey mixed with chipotle seasoning. Chicken fajitas had huged strips of chicken, but only 3 tortillas which isn’t enough for the fillings that were provided. The fried onion and jalapenos had a nice seasoned batter so you really didn’t need to dip them in a sauce for additional flavor. I hadn’t gone to chili’s in a while, but if they can spit out food like this for their 2 for 20, i’m really impressed. Beats Applebees and other similar chains that have this promotion.

Three stars is about exactly what you get with Chili’s. They have something for just about any kind of taste and any kind of diet. Every time I have gone to this particular location it’s been pretty good. The togo window is great. Especially since you can order online. All you have to do is pick it up, sign, and go. Think of Chili’s as three stars full as opposed to two stars empty.

I will almost never be the one who SUGGESTS Chili’s, but I’ll occasionally give in and go if friends suggest it. The last time I went to this location, I decided to order a salad, since I wasn’t starving(also, the last time I ordered a burger I was incredibly unimpressed and my favorite item was removed from the menu). I asked the waitress what kind of dressings they offer. Out of their array of dressings at Chilis, only THREE of them are not ranch. One is a honey mustard(I hate mustard, so that’s out), and 2 are vinaigrette type dressings. I asked for both vinaigrette dressings on the side. Both of them were absolutely terrible. Not even tolerable enough to put a little on the salad to wet it. Nope. Couldn’t do it. One was asian-influenced and I can’t even remember what the other one was. When the waitress swung back by, I asked if she had ANY other dressings… Avacado Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Ranch Ranch, Ranchity Ranch Ranch, Super Ranch, Ranch with a side of Ranch… nope. No others. I told her that I really really hated both of these dressings. They were overly salty and the flavors were honestly gross. I asked if they had an oil and vinegar or ANYTHING else that wasn’t ranch or mustard. Nope. I was clearly unhappy with my food and all she asked was, «Well, um. You could eat it dry? Or you could get a box and take it home and add your own dressing?» Seriously? Usually it’s not this bad at Chili’s, but I have learned to never order a salad and to never be unhappy with my food as nothing is going to be offered to make it right. I’m truly sad for my friend, C, that brought me here. She thinks that Chili’s burgers are great. When I asked her what she wanted to eat for dinner the other day she said, «How about Chili’s? I’m in the mood for a really good burger!» So I took her somewhere else. Haha

Very good food, moderately price. Only reason they’ve lost a star is because lately they’ve reduced the portion by a bit of a lot of their meals while keeping the same price.

Sure, it’s a chain of the Brinker group, but some of their stuff is aaaiiite! Since I’ve been on a diet for a while it was great for me to see that they had a «Guiltless» menu. It was a small section of their menu, but nevertheless it offered healthy options. I had the grilled chicken with sween corn-on-the-cob with sauteed veggies. The chicken breast wasn’t dry, but juicy enough to keep me happy. While being on a diet, veggies are veggies, but their corn-on-the –cob was pretty freak’n good! I don’t even want to know why or how those juicy kernels were packed with that much flavor. Thanks Chili’s for offering a healthy option!
