Worst chipotle ever. Lacking management of employees. Always out of items. Dirty, rude employees, ice taste moldy, etc.

Where do I begin… This place used to be the go to chipotle now it sucks. They aren’t nice and it’s always so dirty. The meat is always BURNT. They give you half of a spoon full of meat. They are in a rush to get you in and out. Smh it has to get better if you want business.

I enjoy Chipotle’s food, and this location is mostly up to par– but they cannot seem to keep Carnitas in stock, and more importantly, I believe they have hired a mother sloth and disguised her as a short, middle-aged chipotle worker. Someone call PETA! And tell them she’s really bringing down Chipotle’s service standards.

This is a very well-run Chipotle! Top notch service! I wish I could say the same about the Lemmon location! Strong management here!

Went in for lunch and they were cooking steak. Waited till it was ready and got skipped over. Manager recognized the situation and made me the burrito herself. She didn’t charge me either! This location is the best! Love me some Chipotle.

When that cute little boy on Youtube said, «Chipotle is my liiiiiiife,» he was definitely not referring to this location. We visited at around 9pm on a Friday night, first of all. it smelled kind of unpleasant, so we should have left then and there. but we were hungry and I truly believed Chipotle was my life, so I stayed. They were out of several kinds of meats, so I had to settle for something I never get. They were being super stingy with the portions, maybe because it was less than an hour til closing and they were trying to stretch out the remainder of the food? Whatever it is, that’s unacceptable. We all pay the same, we should all get quality and a fair quantity. Speaking of quality, it was not good either. The pico was like. pureed?! What?! And it was overly spicy, which is strange because it’s supposed to be mild. This was my first time going to this Chipotle, and I don’t know if it was an off-night or the norm here, but I will not be going here to this location again.

Chipotle is always delicious. This location leaves alot to be desired however. It has a certain funk of dirty dish rag to it. And the management are the ones constantly at the root of my problems. The male manager barked at the kid helping me and took over only to add something I didn’t ask for to my burrito then roll it on up ignoring the blowout that had occured.

Chips were stale. I asked for more. Got more. Those were stale too.

As I seek«healthy options» for on-the-go dining, Chipotle is becoming a great standby. The food is fresh and you have the ability to control the amount of fats and calories in your meal. I recommend getting the soft tacos over the brick-of-food burritos.

Disappointed. Ordered a chicken burrito and a salad just before 7 p.m. on a Wednesday night. Was told they were out of burrito size tortillas and asked if I would be ok with a bowl with two small tortillas. Then ordered toppings. The female employee who I later learned was the acting manager told me in a not so apologetic way that they were out of sour cream. I was baffled. How could they be out of these two very basic ingredients with a Tom Thumb steps away!!! What was most disappointing was the manager’s nonchalance. Then the kicker, they forgot to put the salad dressing in my bag. Won’t be back to this location when others nearby do it way better.

This Chipotle is very interested in supporting charities, so if you have a charity that you work with, I’d suggest getting with them to plan an event. Staff is patient, food is good

I enjoy Chipotle but this location is hit-and-miss. I go to this location about once a week and have been doing so the last 6 – 8 weeks. For some reason the way the wrap the burritos they tend to fall apart or split more at this location than other ones. They also seem to have problems having enough ingredients on hand. I’ve had to wait for stuff to come off the grill or I get the last of whatever was left. Lunch can be hectic especially when they’re trying to complete faxed or call ahead orders while serving a line that is nearly out the door Finally, it seems like every time I go to this location they are slow to clean-up dirty tables even when they’re not busy.

I think I like this one better than the one that’s close by on Forest and 75. It’s smaller, but not nearly as crowded during lunch hour.

I love me a good Chipotle. And this location is awesome. Chipotle’s new ad campaign features responsible ingredients that happen to taste yummy and they do a great job of telling this message through their fun tees and brown bags. I am never disappointed with my selection and the staff is always super friendly and helpful to the few newbies I’ve brought in on occasion.

Decent. Nothing to write home about, but a good alternative to your standard fast food. I usually order a salad w/extra salsa and lime juice.

I dropped in for lunch to go and the lady(manager in training?) was stingy with ingredients. My steak bowl had 4 pieces of meat and a tablespoon of rice. My bf’s double steak burrito was the equivalent of single serving steak. I also asked for chips and guac. When I got home and opened my bag, there was no guac and the chips were stale. The bf actually drove back and complained. She fixed his burrito, but we shouldn’t have had to return. We’ve been here before and have had no problems. I guess just don’t be afraid to ask for more toppings!

They sell a burrito bowl that is really good and pretty healthy all things considered. Their steak and chicken both have a good rich flavor from the marinade they use. I am not a huge fan of the lines at lunch time or some of the odd table configurations that make it sometimes hard to sit 5 people together or somewhat uncomfortable to sit at thier bar area, but that is just the price you pay for a tasty burrito bowl.

Ate here last night… Mostly out of meat when we got there and the meat they did have was kinda dry, but I guess that should be expected considering it was within 45 min of their closing. Staff was friendly and portions were better than times I have visited in the past, which have been skimmed quite a few times on the meat. Otherwise same chipotle goodness for the most part… Enjoy, Daniel

Love their burritos… am not a fan of their bowls. Their burritos can be messy but their bowls just taste like all the lettuce that is on top and are hard to mix up. Their chicken is good. I also like their chips. They are very salty but I LOVE salt so that works out well for me. Their Guac is pretty decent for a fast food place.
