Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the main chipotle I frequent in dallas due to its proximity to the train station (literally) and it’s located downtown. Originally, I was going to rank them as a 4 but I am giving them a 5 due to their customer service.
Being this is the downtown spot, it can get busy. However, when I come in the evenings, they will usually comp my bowl if I have to wait too long for my meat. Or at least they will offer me a soda. They don’t have to, and I appreciate that. The key is patience.
The location is GREAT for people watching and I love catching the sun in the late afternoon. They go pretty fast for the rushes they receive and typically serve with a smile.

I am a big fan of Chipotle however despite the poisoning of customers with their meat they still are super stingy with their meat portions like come on why?! NO body likes asking for just a little extra meat but when I try its always like sir thats going to be extra, mmm. NO, how about you give a normal serving of protein.

Great food and service but cannot recommend due to location. What on earth was anyone at Chipotle HQ thinking when they put a store right by the trains? Homeless people were coming in the store and harassing us in line and the workers just walked on by, then I was heckled about what was in my bag when I left. Will never be back.

Its my 4^th time at this location, in fact its my only location i ever been to. This time my food wasnt hot it normally is though. I’m only giving three stars because the cashier forgot that she was at work! I get down to the register to pay and I’m the only one in line she’s standing there with my food on the counter next to her, i see a price on the register that i didnt see her ring up so i asked if that was my total because she never said anything to me, no hi how are you doing your total is. So she looks at me and says total for what? I’m like wow what a joke, really you at work you ring people up they pay for thier food to you! I said total for my food then she’s like ohhhh yeah that’s your total. Still no thank you, no have a nice day or anything! I’m like wow! I will not go back there again!

I really don’t like going to this location. They are slow and stingy with their meat and if you ask them for more. They want to charge more for it. I love Chipotle but I really need to find another location to do business.

This is by far the best Chipotle in the DFW area! Portions are great, service is great and the place is very clean!!! Other Chipotle’s should follow this locations operations plan! Kudos to the owner for closing on Sunday! Much respect for that!

I loved this location! I got there before it got crazy busy on a Monday and had a pleasant experience. They weren’t stingy with their scoops and that’s a huge plus because at other locations I always have to ask for more. My guacamole was nice and green (I’ve gotten it at other locations where it was turned brown which I know is natural but not at all appetizing). I also loved the store itself, I’m sure it used to be something else but it looks way different than any other Chipotle with a lot of bar style seating. I will definitely go to this location while at work from now on.

Restroom had key pad so I went to eat some were else and I did not want to wait in line to get the number. All I wanted was clean my hands before I eat.

Why are they closed on Sunday!!! This is ridiculously stupid. This was the only chipotle location that I have even seen closed on a Sunday, being from la.

Long line but goes fast, not great but not bad. Better than I expected. I had a salad no rice.

Chipotle is always a fairly reliable and
predictable option. I have no complaints
about the quality of the food here. I have
noticed recently that this location does not
seem to be as well-​managed as some of the
other locations. For example, the white rice
may not be ready and you have to wait for
the kitchen guys to finish it… or the soda
machine may be out of service, etc. Usually
happens in the evening… not the lunch rush.

Probably the best Chipotle I’ve been too. Staff was quick, clean and the seating are was really nice. What more is there to say? It’s Chipotle — you don’t really need a review on it do you?

I’m not new to Chipotle. This was my first time at this location. My coworkers and I walked there from work on lunch at 12:30pm. It wasn’t my first choice but I could go for a salad at that time. The line was long as usual for Chipotle but it’s fast. Nothing major happened. I was eating my food back at the office around 1:15pm. At 2:30pm, I began to feel sick to my stomach. This came out of nowhere!
Next thing you know, I’m sweating, mouth is watering heavily, which lets me know something wants to come out! I had to run to the restroom and… lets just say I had a bag in front of me while squatting. It was the worst! I’m writing this review whole in the train home, earlier than my shift ends. I couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave for home.
I called Chipotle and spoke with a female manager, not asking for anything but to inform her that I was immediately sick after eating their food. She didn’t apologize or show any empathy. She only asked for my name and said she would write down the number I called from, should something come up. Not acceptable.
This review is for anyone else who could have possibly gotten sick from the chicken salad.
I’m never going to Chipotle again after this incident.

I’m vegan, and they have the best tofu something borito … It’s really really good …

A convenient location for a quick grab lunch in down town dallas. Spacious and clean. However, we have been experiencing many times where the grilled veggies are burnt very badly. Eating burnt substances can cause a lot if health issues. I hope the manager can control this issue.

Food is great here. One time the guy making my burrito was rude. He was very hasty and threw his hands up when I couldn’t decide which beans I wanted. This was about a month ago.

For the first time I tasted burrito here. It was delicious.
Although during the lunch time the queue is long but it moves very fast, thanks to the efficient work.
You can choose your rice, bean, veggies, meat, dressing and sauce. They have two types of burrito here: tortila wrapped burrito boll and burrito bowl. I personally liked the bowl because its easier to eat and tastes better too. A must go place if you work in downtown and looking for a filling lunch in less time.

Chipotle is just an awesome spot. The burritos are so filling that I usually dont eat again that day! What is it about their cilantro rice that makes me want to eat a giant bowl of it all by itself? I normally hate that kind of thing…
The hot sauce is not quite hot enough, but it does have an incredible flavor. I also love how consistent they are from location to location, state to state.

Walked into scent heaven. Super clean and cool location. What is not to love about the eclectic West End area of downtown Dallas.

This is the best Chipotle anywhere ever. Seriously (IMO at least). Don’t be frightened by the line: it’s an indication of their popularity. It moves quickly.
Staff is friendly and efficient. They’re very accommodating of folks with allergies and other special requests.
And of course the food tastes great and is fresh and relatively healthy (depending on your choices).
