Very unsatisfied, went on a Saturday afternoon. Took about 10– 15 minutes to order our food. Then, waited 1 hour and 50 minutes! for 1 large pepperoni pizza… ridiculous amount of time to wait just for 1 large pepperoni pizza. In addition, alot of their games were out of order and the staff seemed more interested in each other and on their phones. Will not be coming back to this Chuck E Cheese.

1 star for game options. 0 stars for food and service. Waited 10 min to order because the only person that could take our order was also the prize person. Ordered the buffet and was EXTREMELY disappointed. Salad options included 2 different types of lettuce and 2 dressings. That was all. I typically love chuck e cheese salad bars but this couldn’t even be considered that. The pizza section had room for about 4 pizzas but all the trays were empty. No pizza at all. The cook would send out 1 pizza every 5 – 10 min but it would be all taken by people waiting within a few seconds. Drink options in the fountain were nice but no ice. So This is definitely not a location to go to for the food!

I don’t like the card system for the little kids. Most of the games here don’t even work or a ticket issue! I had to ask for the tickets 3 times. Food is still good, just wasn’t happy with the card system and games

My first five star review. Believe it or not I’ve never been to chuck e cheese. My seven year old son is a pro though) he’s gone with lots of other friends and family members many times). The entire staff is extremely helpful and I felt like we received custom service from the actual manager, David, who remained on the floor the entire time. I didn’t know how things worked and he was very helpful. The pizza is hot and appealing to kids and many of the games were fun to me as well. My favorite was the photo booth which I kept ruining my pic because I can’t follow directions but David kept right on helping me until we got it right! Son enjoyed his birthday and capped out around 400 tickets.

Came here for my niece’s birthday party and even though there was not a lot people there, the staff was slow as hell. I stood in line upon arrival for 10 minutes behind 2 families of 10 just to get some wristbands for the playcards. The food was mediocre at best, and the best thing there was the soda.

I love me some Chuck E(I’m the Duchess after all) and this location is pretty nice. They recently switched over from tokens to play cards and that was ok. But the other night it seemed every game was out of commission or tickets. :(Occasionally this location has a less than enthusiastic Chuck E that disappoints my 3 year old granddaughter every time. I hope it’s better next visit.

The place is nice and clean bathroom staff good. Just not liking the new change they did from coins to card. Feels like I’ve been cheated from the money I put in. Plus my kids love running around and putting the coin in the machine. And just carrying it around makes it fun but now we get a card and its so boring. Chuckie why you change??? No more fun… :’(

We come to this place at least once a week. Most of the games are working when we are there, the game area is clean. It does take a long time to get your food though. We have ordered one cheese pizza and after 45 min we went to ask how much longer it would take and a girl at the register was very rude. She didn’t even let me finish asking her about my pizza when she just said«go sit down your pizza will be out» lol I didn’t leave and I told her I had been waiting for more than 45 min for one pizza so then she had someone go look in the kitchen and 5 min later our pizza was out. It was not on a busy day, so i Dont understand why it took so long. Later on I had to take my daughter to the restroom and one of the faucets was left on so the sink was over flowing, water on the floor. When we were out of the restroom the rude employee was near and I told her about the sink over flowing and water on the floor, she didn’t care. Just said ok and rolled her eyes. I guess safety is not their concern. We went back a week later and they have new games, you no longer use tokens. Now they have a card that you load with money. There seems to be new people working there but food still take about an hour to come out. Overall this is a fun place for kids, you don’t get great customer and food is just ok.

I visited Chuck E Cheese the end of January at the Denton, TX location off I-35. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and the cheesy breadsticks. The food was really low quality for a pizza joint and way over-priced! It seemed that unless you were there for a «special» birthday party with Chuck the wait staff were not available to assist other customers.

Surprisingly the pizza is better than expected. So is the salad bar. Then again, who goes for the food?!? My kids are getting a little older, but fortunately still like this place. That said, I love it! I’m cheap and all the games are only $ 0.25 and they have some great games. PLUS, they have this photo booth that is like a pencil sketch and honestly, I really just go to get the picture. It’s my favorite. We have the fancy photo shoots and family pics, but my favorite is still the $ 0.25 pencil photo sketch at Chuck E. Cheese’s. I love going where a kid can be a kid!

We had such a great experience, we had our daughter’s 4th birthday here and everything went perfectly. Service was great, and they told us we had a time limit and would have to move as soon as our party was over. While we were gathering our things towards the end, the manager came and told us they did not have a party scheduled afterwards so we can stay as long as we wanted. Great experience.

Pizza Club does not descrimi-hate and we love playing goofy games for tickets that we can then redeem for tiny pieces of plastic crap. So we decided to be those weird people that go to Chuck E. Cheese without children and it was fun! The games were surprisingly fun, alot of the same ones you would see at Dave and Buster. That last time I had been to a CEC, it seemed like all the games were for really little kids so this is a nice change. Also, you can get a photobooth picture for one token! That’s crazy. There is a skeeball game where you try to dunk an alien while it taunts you, there’s a game where you have to shoot a swarm of bees with a machine gun, and that old school Jurassic Park game where the seat moves up and down and all around. They have good coupons on their website, so we got a large pizza and 50 tokens for $ 20 which aint too bad. Their website also boasts that they have new higher quality pizza but I’m not convinced, it was just shy of CiCi’s quality but totally edible, fo sho. The animatronic Chuck E. Cheese was way creepy and really only seemed to blink and turn his wrists but the kids loved it all the same. I was surprised that the games weren’t stickier, it was overall a pretty clean place. Now, for the bad. The front of the house was clearly designed by a child or the devil or something because there is no room for a line, there are never people working the counter when you need them(you know, to order food and stuff,) and that’s where the person dressed as CEC goes to instruct a group of children in the Cupid Shuffle and then throw tickets at them so that it turns into a screaming crying Lord of the Flies pit of ticket desperation. Entertaining, sure, but really loud to be right there by the counter. Ordering a beer was also an odd experience. I said«can I get a regular beer»(versus a large, this is how it was on the menu.) The girl gets flustered and asks another employee something and she comes back and asks me if I want a small or a large, so I was like«okay, a small.» Then she calls a manager who didn’t just look at my ID but asked me my date of birth(I’m 28, I’m not trying to pull a fast one!) THEN they sold me a large beer! But I was like at this point sure, I certainly don’t want to have to come up here and try to order another one any time soon! I just assumed parents were regularly getting sloshed in order to tolerate their children but it seems like maybe that’s not the case or they would have streamlined the beer ordering system. Also, they lost our pizza order so it took forever to get it. These things happen but it was such a fiasco to go to the front to ask about it due to the craziness that happens up at the counter. The ticket redemption process wasn’t bad tho, there were dead eyed teenagers staffing that at all times and I now have a bunch of CEC branded mini-markers to remind myself that I am alive.

This review isn’t so much for the pizza, which was salty but not inedible, but about the experience of Chuck E Cheese’s. I had the squid for the evening and being only 2 ½, I couldn’t really take her to a fine dining establishment. She’s never been to a CEC before and her only experience at a place like this was a birthday party at Main Event. Main event was nice but the games were expensive and not for someone her age. CEC worked out perfectly for our purposes. The games were cheap and right on her level. I went on a Thursday night so it was deserted. It was me and my squid, and three separate single parents with theirs. She went on the rides, played whack-a-mole, discovered air hockey and overall a fun time was had by all. Since then however, all I hear is, «Dada, I want to go to Chuck E Cheese.» I’ll probably only go there on weeknights because the hygiene is better with fewer kids around. Which leads me to this point, whatever happened to Pistol Pete’s? Now there was an establishment I could get behind. To my child like memory, the pizza was good, and the games were fun.
