very poor customer, i purchased a few sessions online and when i would call to set up an appointment no one ever answered. I called periodically at different time during their work hours for about a month and no one ever answered or called me back. Basically they took my money and ignored me. The type of treatment is good for you i would just go to another establishment that’s more professional.

The cryo-​therapy session I had was honestly 10x better than I expected. I knew going in you could burn something like 500 calories, but I didn’t expect how relaxed and rejuvenated I would feel. It literally felt like I had been at a spa all day and had gotten an hangover IV. And this was after I had been working in 100+ degree heat helping build a house for 5 hours. I highly recommend going in for a session especially if you’ve hit the gym hard that week or hit the bottle hard the night before.
