So happy with my couch! Also the service! Tom went beyond to get my couch to me when I accidentally ordered a love seat while he was on vacation with his family. It was all over the website and I still didn’t put 2 and 2 together! Lol I emailed him and was worried I wasn’t going to get my couch on time before the movers came to my house to take everything to the new place. He assured me everything would be delivered on time and gave me the number to the delivery man. I will order from him again not only because his prices are the lowest I’ve seen for the exact same couch on other sites, but also because of the quality and service! Will be telling all my friends and clients:)

The whole ordeal of post-​college furniture shopping, gets a little overwhelming. Sure you can do Ikea again, but why not establish yourself with some better quality furniture.
Trying to upgrade ourselves, my roommate and I took up the role of yuppies and contributed towards the economy at DFO with Tom. Tom is extremely quick to reply via email or text, and a great salesmen overall. I felt like I was buying from an old friend. I would just ask, «What would match with this? Absolutely Amazing !! I walked in while he was in his way to lunch. He literally got out of his car, unlocked the building and helped me. The customer service was stellar. They didn’t have the color I wanted in the store, but he found exactly what I wanted and had it shipped first thing the next morning. The movers were extremely nice and careful. They didn’t bang anything or scratch the walls. They were courteous and were talking to me like we’ve known eachother forever. I will definitely use them again for all of my furniture needs. I randomly stumbled across the website for this store while I was looking up outlet furniture stores in preparation for moving to Chicago, IL. The prices of the furniture were easily lower than the costs for identical furniture at other stores but I wasn’t sure how shipping to a location that far away from Dallas would effect the overall cost. I called Tom to see what my options were and even with the shipping costs of sending two large couches halfway across the country, I was saving a couple hundred dollars in the long run. Tom told me to expect a call from the delivery service provider to establish a date/​time for the furniture drop-​off. Once that was taken care of, I only had to wait five days before the furniture arrived, in excelled condition. I’ve only been using the couches for about four months but the quality is great and I will definitely be ordering from here again when I’m in need of another furniture purchase. The entire process was about as easy as it gets and Tom knows what he’s doing. It’s nice to not have to deal with a huge furniture corporation. At this place, you get REAL customer service.

This place is great! I emailed the owner Tom and told him I was moving to Dallas from Hawaii. My wife and I had a fairly big house to furnish and were on a strict budget. Tom worked with us throughout the entire process. Not only is the quality of furniture good, but the prices are a bargain compared to big name furniture stores.
