Staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection and store was clean and well lit. Displays were simple but I hate the same bag in 6 different colors. Love the selection of styles and staff ready with a label

I’ve been to this Dooney & Bourke location serveral times and I am a fan.
Everytime I’ve been there, the customer service has always been on point. The sales associates don’t mind showing your items in diffent colors and styles.
This past time we went, I had to return a crossbody that I had gotten for Christmas that had a tear on the inside. Although I wasn’t able to make a complete exchange, I was able to purchase a new bag and got a better deal in the end! Johanne (I hope I spelled that right!) was very helpful in assiting me with choosing a new bag. She had great customer service from the time we walked in until the time that we left.
Great customer service will keep me coming back to this store!

I absolutely love Dooney purses over the competitors brand, whom seem to be headed more into the teenage, school girl look. My only complaint about the Galleria location is that it always seems to take them for ever to check people out. They always seem to be blaming it on the system or their «new» system. They also can never seem to find your name, as a frequent shopper, and it takes them taking your name, complete contact information and the name of your dog to find you.
