East Town

Regret the day I moved into this clap trap property. The model they show you looks amazing, too bad none of the apartments resemble this. Since moving in July, I have had mice, roaches, lizards, and my apartment has flooded 3 times. The apartment is run by Rebecca who is a very lazy, liar and straight up slumlord. I am shocked that Presidium which owns this is not customer service friendly also.
The pool had been closed since I moved in, it’s not blue but green brown water with trash in it at all times, several issues with hot water in this place and repairs take multiple attempts to get done. Most people living here seem to not be from this country so they probably don’t complain. However, if you are not use to the squalor of a refugee camp AVOID this apartment complex!

Its the worst decision i ever mad to be in UN SAFE place like this. People with guns, no security cameras. The worst service ever. If you moved here so be careful.

Where do I begin? This place is freaking horrible!!! I had to move out quickly and I regret the decision moving in this piece of shit apartment complex. The front look nice but when you go deeper in? It’s filthy. shopping carts everywhere, trash, tight parking spots, people honking at outrageous times of the day, like I Am so thankful I signed a 6 month lease and can’t wait to leave!!! My only reason for choosing these apartments bc I couldn’t find a bad review and I think it is bc only bunch of foreigners or ppl lacking in knowledge to give reviews live here…
Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. In the process of moving it was confusing. They didn’t call me back about information it was constantly me comin up there making sure things were ok. Next bullshit they told me is a 3 day wait to get my apartment set up. Cool! When I got there??? My floors were half way done like a gloss or shine on the wood? Yeah only a small section of my loft got shine rest? Dull. Wtf? Next thing. Lights? Not working. Awesome! Paint dripping and painting over plug outlets cool! My fucking door? Crooked as fuck! Smells and critters come in to great me everytime I come home. MIND you, you fuckin have to pay monthly for pest control wow!!! And if u put in a request for shit to get fixed? GOOD LUCK buddy!
Next thing is their towing system. God forbid if u park crooked u will get towed. Toe for every god damn thing! Oh don’t bother looking In your contract there’s nothing In there about that! Their towing sign? Nothing about certain things either. You see there’s this invisible policy they don’t tell u. U just have to magically know. If your parked incorrectly? Your ass is towed! If your sticker is not put on correctly? You guessed it your ass is towed!!! If you parked in cover parking instead of visitor parking? Yeah!!! Mind u «visitor» is clearly not visible in the parking spaces so good luck! Their policy is up their asses and not on paper or nothing so when u come here make sure everything is perfect or u will get towed
I am srsly thankful I signed a 6 month lease and cannot wait to leave this hell hole!!!
