Eastlake Primary Care

I had a very positive experience at EastLake Primary Care. I went to see Dr Bratsch due to a recommendation from a friend. I had been seeing another primary care doctor in Dallas but had grown frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from them and ability to get an appointment.
The office itself is very nice and much larger than the one I used to go to. They have a nice large waiting room with TVs, etc and front desk staff is courteous. What impressed me the most is I was seen exactly on my appointment time. That’s just never the case usually at a doctors office. Dr. Bratsch was really really thorough and communicated the issues we discussed very well. I play a lot of sports and given he was a former athlete too, he was able to help me with some of my sports related injuries. He also was able to find a minor congenital heart issue that no other Doctor I had seen before detected. While it’s not serious it allows us to monitor it more closely. Lastly, another positive thing about the office is they can do all the blood work on site. I had to get blood work done and typically you are sent to another office that does that. They can do it right there. I was literally in and out in about 30 – 45 minutes where typically such a visit take much longer. I highly recommend this office!
