I’ve been to many eatZi’s locations, but this past weekend I came to this location for the first time. I actually came twice in one day! I came for breakfast and enjoyed it so much that eatZi’s stuck on my mind until I came back for dinner. For breakfast I got an omelette. They have a large selection of meats, veggies, and cheeses that you can get in your omelette. You can also choose between whole eggs and egg whites. I got the whole egg omelette with turkey, spinach, bell peppers, and mushrooms. It was pretty good for an omelette with no cheese. The vegetables were fresh and juicy. I didn’t feel the presence of the turkey among the veggies, but I only had it included for extra protein, not for taste. The omelette was a generous size and it was only $ 7. It’s a pretty sweet deal. I came back for dinner and got my usual: the rotisserie chicken. The chicken has incredible spices on the skin that provide a fantastic taste. The chicken itself is very juicy and cooked well. It is definitely my favorite rotisserie chicken. They also cut it in half which makes it easy to get the meat and avoid the bones. You can make it a combo or get the chicken alone. They have a number of sides and they vary sometimes. Usually it’ll be a few choices of veggies, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes. The whole chicken with two sides is around $ 13 which is a killer deal considering that easily feeds two people. Also, be sure to check out their specials online. Even though the prices here are pretty good for what you’re getting, they have specials that make it even more of a bargain. There’s nothing better than free samples, good food, and wallet-friendly prices!

What a fun little market! My husbands favorite part was the plethora of samples to taste. I love the authentic feel inside this bakery/sandwich shop/winery/grab-n-go/dessert place. Friendly staff and plenty of selection. Prices reflect a small specialty market. I ended up with a fresh made salad, which was very tasty.

Large selection of food– anything from sandwiches to sushi to food fresh off their grill. Great place to grab a quick bite. The store isn’t huge, so you’ll probably bump into someone as you try to grab some samples of dip or cookies. They also have some great desserts, because that’s all you need before you head to the office– a nice solid sugar crash. There’s some counter seating inside, but when its nice, fight for one of the tables outside and enjoy the weather. Parking is a bit tight in this shopping complex, so bring the smallest car you have.

Before having to go gluten free, I would have given eat zi’s five full fledged stars. I’m happy I don’t live in Dallas anymore so I don’t have to live with the constant sorrow of not being able to eat at my favorite sandwich shop. It’s not just the bread that’s amazing here, buts the sauce and the marinated quality in the vegetables. I’m giving it two for not being gluten free friendly

I love this place.. I’ve been coming here for years and have been to all the locations. I haven’t really found anything I don’t like about this place. The deli is great, the grill is great, the salads are amazing, and the desserts are even better. All the locations always have a friendly helpful staff, and are always very clean. I recommend this place for anyone.

Think mini-Whole Foods. Great lunch fare with a hot foods line and a cold deli sandwich line. Salads, too. There is something good to eat within any arm’s reach, so you will always find something good, and often healthy, too! Seating on the front sidewalk is a little busy at lunchtime, and parking is tight in the small-ish lot.

My son and I went to the Lovers Lane Eatzis after school today for a chocolate croissant. When we got in the car he opened the bag and there were bugs all over the inside. Ewwww! We both screamed and went back in. I told the checker and showed him– through the white bag you could totally see bugs crawling around. He asked if I had a receipt. Nope I sure didn’t. But I just bought the bugs 30 seconds ago. After a super red tape kind of transaction, I got my money back. On the way out I told a patio table full of Eatzis employees– looked like managers– about the bugs. No one got up. I watched from the car and they just kept on with their meeting. I said a bag of bugs, not hugs, people.

I love eatZie’s! These are some great folks making some great food. This particular eatZie’s has some of the nicest people working at it. This is one of my favorite spots to pick up breakfast in the mornings, lunch during the day, or food to take home and eat for dinner.

Excellent shop and the hot food counter is amazing. Rotisserie chickens here are delicious. I made the mistake of picking up a Whole Foods rotisserie chicken a couple of weeks after having one of Eatzi’s and let’s just say I’ll never make that mistake again. Whole Foods was dry and flavorless, while Eatzi’s is very moist and flavorful. The meal combination options are great(again, a favorite is rotisserie chicken with steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, and really good dinner rolls) and surprisingly affordable. The salads and sandwiches are also good. Definitely on the pricey side for a lot of other items, but it’s such a cute place with a great selection. Not sure if this location also does the pizza + salad or bottle of wine deal on Fridays, but it’s one of my favorite options for Friday dinner in town.

Great place to stroll around with your date or a friend. I recommend going to pick up dinner items while getting free appetizers as you find sample at every corner. Unique cheeses, great selection of wine, beautiful desserts, fresh sides… everything is good here. We left with our dinner for tonight… cheese crusted chicken that we will warm up in the oven, healthy grilled vegetables, fancy pasta, and mom’s chocolate cake to look forward to after dinner. Delicious!

I. Love. Eatzi’s. Not only are their salads to die for, but last time I was in this location they were overflowing with the most gorgeous Peonies, pricey yes, but they were the most magnificent ones I had seen in Dallas. Staff is always friendly and really make the experience of shopping there so much better.

I like this location the best because it’s way less busy than the one on OakLawn. The service is always nice and quick. The food has always been fresh and delicious. Some of my favorite things to get here are the salads, sandwiches, and Southwest dip. The buns in the bread are really good to make hot dogs. They are so soft and buttery. Overall, it’s a great place to come for lunch or to pick up a quick dinner. The options are healthy and amazing!

Every time I go I want to try something new but I’m so lame and always end up getting the same thing. But no worries, it’s awesome! They have hot plates, make your own pasta dish, make your own awesome salad or sandwich, fresh bread, deli area and real delicious teas. The sitting here is pretty limited and all outside. Although this location is much smaller than the one in Oaklawn, it’s still just as busy. I would give it five stars yet, the prices can be a little high. I understand it’s quality, yet it adds up pretty quickly. 1.49 for avocado and 1.99 for grill veggies(on sandwich or salad). Not sure about the grill veggie charge, it’s a little strange and pricey. After 9 p.m. They have buy one get one, red dot lunch and sushi special can’t go wrong with that! And lastly the place it’s self is super cute, they have samples, the products are set up beautifully and the opera music just kicks it up a notch and makes you want to buy cheeses and bread.

I agree with the solid 4 stars. I love to come here during their nightly red dot sales to stock up on sushi or other freshly-made sandwiches. Like another comment says, the opera in the background is fun. I have never had their full entrees(to take home an reheat), but they look good! I am just lazy and get the ready-to-eat options. That is why I am there in the first place. to avoid any work with food besides eating it. Great local spot and happy it is close to me!

It only gets four stars and not five, due to the value. The food is great, however it can be expensive. A turkey sandwich with avocado, bacon, and roasted peppers can cost more than $ 15 for a small. Momma Mia!!! With chips and a drink, you’re close $ 20… The service is great and people are friendly… The food is also tasty… I admit, I still go back even though it’s an expensive lunch.

Stopped by Eatzi’s for lunch recently whic was hopping with customers. I liked the European deli feel of the place. There are a lot of food options and everything looks fresh. I found the prices a little steep for what you pay. The portion sizes were ok. I had a chicken breast sandwich which is basically a tiny chicken breast sliced very thin. Overall, it was a good meal but I didn’t find it to be anything extraordinary compared to other delis.

The apartment locator we use at Southern Methodist University offered to pick us up sandwiches because we kept sending business his way. I had never eaten at an Eatzi’s before and was excited to try their sandwiches. I ordered a roast beef on pan au lait with swiss and garlic & chive spread. It was delicious! I would not have thought to put cream cheese on a sandwich but it really worked. The sandwich was huge and I couldn’t eat it all in one sitting. So, I wrapped it up to save the rest for lunch the next day. However, it was not awesome the next day. BUT, I would definitely come here again.
