Second rental. First was an insurance claim. They still requested a $ 100 deposit. Second was a regular rental, now they requested a $ 150 deposit. As per agent this is their policy. Enterprise states there is no deposit unless you pay with a debit card. This is absurd. Both rentals were made with a credit card. They also never answer the phones. I have witnessed several times when agents pick up and hang up on people. Go to another location. Other locations do not require a deposit, this one does for some reason.

Horrible customer service! My wife and sister-in-law rented a car from Enterprise for a weekend trip. The car wasn’t clean on the inside and the fluids weren’t checked before the car was rented to them! When they returned the car and notified the manager there was no wiper fluid in the car(it rained the entire weekend of their trip) the manager was rude and had the audacity to increase the rate to a higher rate. The manager asked my family what did they thought a fair cost adjustment for the car not being clean and the lack of wiper fluid. My sister-in-law suggested removing the fee for an additional driver. He asked right? The manager rejected the idea and somehow with his calculations they ended up paying an additional $ 60 for the rental! After complaining the rental was actually higher, the manager simply scoffed and ignored them. He would no longer reason or make any other adjustment. Don’t use these guys!!! If you do, then beware! They are horrible!
