Have used Estrellas twice now and am extremely happy with their product… presentation. .and attention to detail. They have been very helpful with great ideas and have always made delivery exactly when I needed it. even on a last minute call on a Sunday… I would highly recommend this business for any and all flower needs

They delivered roses for me very late in the day when other places were closed or wouldn’t do it at all. I’ll definitely order with them again. And the lovely lady who received the flowers was very pleased.

I called this morning to have flowers sent to my daughter as a housewarming gift. In just a few short hours a lovely flower arrangement was delivered. Bennie texted me to confirm the address and also to confirm that the delivery was complete. I really appreciate the follow up and I saw a picture of the flowers, they are lovely!

I am super pleased with Estrella’s Flower shop — I picked a lovely set out from their website, paid, and someone called me about it within a few minutes.
The only part that I wasn’t a huge fan of was their website. You could just as easily call and talk to someone, but being able to see what you are paying for is why I prefer using websites to shop. I picked the flowers I liked best (their Magic Heart — $ 45), and paid through Paypal.
While they do have categories for general use, I was sort of confused in that there was no real personalization/​customization through the website (eg: happy birthday mom, with condolences, add a card, etc), but when the person called a few moments after my purchase, they asked me what I was looking for, and I was able to explain what I wanted. They even sent me a text picture of the bouquet before they delivered the flowers! I thought that was pretty neat — I got to see what they looked like, as though I was picking the bouquet out myself. They were great the timing of delivery (another thing the phone call was handy for), and they even wrote happy birthday in silver on one of the roses. My mom thought that was too cute. I am really pleased at how easy it was to get reasonably priced flowers across the country, and I was notified at just about every step of the way. The person I spoke to over the phone was very courteous, and handed my order like a pro. I would definitely use them again.

Great florist when you want a personal and heartfelt touch in the design of your arrangement. They offer convenience, great customer service, fast turn around time all at an affordable cost. No, they are not the fanciest, or largest florist in the metroplex, but they still take the time and effort to make sure they exceed their customer’s expectations, and in this day and age, that is nice to be able to find.

I called these folks to order flowers for my mom’s birthday. The phone rang several times… then this happened:
Estrellas: Hello?
Me: Um, is this Estrella’s Flower Shop?
Estrellas: Yes
Me: I would like to order some flowers.
Estrellas: (sounds of someone driving a car) Ok.
Me: Um, did you say this is Estrellas?
Estrellas: (more traffic sounds) Yes. (silence)
Weird.
I eventually made up an excuse to get off the phone and ordered from someone else. When I call a retailer and the discussion starts like that, my «this order is going to get screwed up» alarm starts going off, big time.
Simply put, why should I trust you with my credit card number and with the gift for my mom on her birthday when you can’t even bother to answer the phone professionally?
BTW… I took my business to Mia Fiori and the results were awesome.

I came across the need to find a florist yesterday to order a dozen and a half red roses in a tall vase to send to my wife for a special day and while browsing the Internet I found the usual slew of florists (who charge around $ 85+delivery+tax), and also quite a few specialty ones who do creative and artistic work but also charge handsomely for their services.
At one point, I almost felt like going to Central Market and buying flowers to go deliver the flowers myself. But as my search continued, I found Estrellas Flower Shop. I visited their website and called them to first speak with them. While talking to them I was hoping I wish I really knew Spanish as the communication would have been so much easier. But regardless, the girl who answered the phone was extremely polite and very helpful.
She offered me 18 tall Red Roses in a vase with Tax & Delivery for $ 50. And she directed me to their website so I can make a payment via Paypal. I was nervous what the flowers would look like when they reached my wife’s work, but without me asking they offered to SMS me a picture of the flowers when they delivered it and I happily accepted their offer.
My wife received the flowers within 2 hours of when I placed the order along with my note. She was ecstatic and they do look fresh and beautiful!
If you are looking to order flowers and don’t mind saving money, I highly recommend Estrellas Flower Shop in Dallas. I hope they continue to remain good, honest, and affordable for people like myself :)
