I’ve used them twice for receiving my packages. Gena called me just to inform me they received my package. She was so friendly. I will continue to have my packages shipped to them instead of my home so I won’t have to worry about my package sitting outside. THANKYOU FedEx!!!

I had a great experience here. I was in town for a conference and needed several items printed and laminated in short order. I brought my files on a PDF, they were promptly printed and laminated. The staff even printed 1 copy of each before printing the numerous copies to ensure it looked as expected. I’d definitely come back here and that is being said with plenty of terrible experiences with FedEx in the past.

Terrible… emailed my order, called 2x to confirm it, and it was not only wrong, but when I came to pick it up there were 3 people waiting, and 3 people standing around and one person helping. It took me 15 minutes to just pay for a wrong order. Avoid this kinko’s

No stars. Was in Dallas on Business, and needed to print out some shipping lables. You would think this would be possible to log into my FedEx account and print at a FedEx store, but NO. Computers were broken, staff was useless and sent me away with a stack of 15 air bills to fill out over coffee. Not fun. Will NEVER be back.

The simple task of getting on a computer to access my email and print out a 5 page PDF ended up taking me 45 minutes and making me late to work. I’d like to say the only problems were the slower than molasses computers — two of which were out of service — unfortunately my main complaint was the staff. At first glance, you’d think there was only one person working that day, the woman with the 6 person line… but upon further inspection I found another employee very obviously making a personal call in a corner, a supervisor of some sort scolding a newer employee in the back and a 4th, just oblivious to it all… All in all, horrible customer service. Won’t be going back.

Google map on my iPhone was pretty useless. We went around in circles trying to find the much-sought-after, elusive, and mystical… Fed Ex store in downtown Dallas. I swear, the map pointed us toward three, and all three were nowhere to be found. So, basically we struck out, and as we were heading to the dugout, we were given one more pitch, and on this one we had contact. This was a fully-staffed store of two people. There was a couple of people in front of us, but the wait wasn’t too long. All in all, had decent business here, but more importantly — we found the place!
