At FIT180 you are scheduled with a different trainer who emphasizes different styles and ways to get you fit! The best part is that they communicate with each other and are always finding ways to improve you, the client! FIT180 has a comprehensive program to change your diet to ensure your best body. FIT180 has changed my life. I’ve lost five inches in three months. I look forward to the days I go to FIT180.

I love training here at Fit180. The personal trainers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. For a very long time, my workout consisted of only cardio (running, stairs and the elliptical). I was clueless about weight training. I’d work out alone and you’d never see me any where near the weight room because I was always intimidated by the machines and didn’t want to look silly. Plus I hated working out. But I knew it was time for a change when I needed to lose the weight gained from all the yummy {bad} foods I could not resist.
Fit180 has changed my life; the Fit180 team has helped me make smart decisions about my food intake and made working out not such a dreadful experience. The workouts at Fit180 never gets boring. The rotation of personal trainers make each training session different. I also like the fact that they are flexible with my schedule, personalize my workouts, and have three locations! Every personal training session is a challenge — the personal trainers are motivational and pushes you. I love the challenging workouts because it makes me feel like I’m making changes to my body.
