I went to Dr. Albritton after looking under the Dallas Magazine article for the Best Doctors in Dallas. Not sure how that ranking came about. I was a bit shocked in terms of the general attitude of this place. I was not feeling the best when I went in. Not a long story here. Dr. Albritton´s bedside manner was fine– nothing special, nothing great, nothing wonderful. A bit cold in fact. I did not get much direction from him as a physician nor a proper end to the appointment about what would happen next. It took 4 business days to get blood work results which seem a bit longer than normal in 2014 and the gals at the front desk did not make eye contact with me upon my arrival. Typically I look for doctor’s offices where the people are friendly, warm and professional. These girls were beyond rude; in fact I noticed it immediately upon arriving. There was one woman out of 6 people total who was polite. I would not go back there in any case if someone paid me.

I haven’t been able to breathe out my nose consistently for several years. I’ve had all sorts of problems. Finally, my wife was fed up with my nasal issues so she made an appointment with Dr. Albritton. He has a wonderful support staff; Tracy and the other ladies were helpful, informative and walked me through the whole process. After my paperwork, Dr. Albritton examined me and made an accurate, quick diagnosis. He prescribed me the appropriate medicines and I made an appointment to come back for a follow-up in three weeks. I don’t generally like going to the doctors, nor do I enjoy being poked and prodded, but this was the best experience I’ve had.
