First, you need to know that their business is selling you images. Once you know that and you can resist sales pitches, you are good to go. They do a great job of creating images and it wasn’t my first visit(though the last was years ago). Everyone was attempting to make the experience good and succeeded. The pictures were great. They did go a bit too far — I was only after a good image of my dog not me. They did do a mini-makeover on me which was a bit of waste of time, but did get me feeling good about them. Booking was a bit difficult, but once we agreed on a date, we were good. It did take several phone calls. I do recommend them for a great dog photo.

Wow after reading the previous review I realized what money leachers Glamour shots really is. The previous reviewer’s story sounds very similar to mine. I also purchased the groupon for this but for the boudoir photo shoot. When i called to book the appointment i went over exactly what i wanted with the lady. I explained to her that I wanted to develop a calendar with my photos month by month and asked if they did this. She said they did not but with my groupon there is a CD that’s included that I can use to develop a calendar with an outside party. So I said perfect, I won’t have to spend any extra money to get this done besides the actual calendar. The lady was very information about everything, we talked for almost 30 minutes discussing what I wanted, and her giving me options for my outfits and accessories. I get to my appointment and someone had me fill out paperwork. I am reading the paperwork and it explains that my CD that I get included with my groupon is not what the previous lady had told me. So I talked to this other lady explaining what I wanted done and she told me for what i wanted I would need to spend $ 300 that i am asking for digital pictures. She explained the CD that’s included is something I can pop into a DVD player and the pictures will play like a slide show. I was furious. I had planned everything accordingly to have this finished for a birthday present a month later, and now they are telling me something different in person. That’s what they do. They leave you in with discounts or free sessions and then force you to purchase their expensive Photo packages. The lady told me I may have misunderstood the lady I made the appointment with. I told her we had a very informative conversation for 30 minutes, and that if the lady had even said once that the option I want will be extra I would have asked how much so i would not be blindsided. Very disappointed.
