Hank Dessert Bars

I absolutely love Hank Dessert Bars! We get ours from our local Central Market and we’ve loved every flavor. The Sugar & Spice and Original Indulgence are both so equally good that we have to buy a box of each every time because life’s too short for those decisions! I’d buy these even if they weren’t gluten free and 170 calories — but what an added bonus that they are! Yummy :)

Hank Dessert Bars are one of my favorite ways to indulge. I’ve seen them represented around town at various local farmers markets and events and I must say, they are absolutely delicious!
I think at this point I have tried all of the flavors and my favorites are the «Sugar and Spice» with butterscotch, peanut butter and cinnamon and the «Smooth As Silk» with espresso, white chocolate and almond. They come in a box of 4 bars and each bar is just the right size.
The bars are gluten free and the owner Stacie, even offers home delivery!
HANK is a healthy-​ish version of dessert but it doesnt feel like it at all — they are so sweet, rich and yummy it truly feels like you are cheating without all the guilt!
I cant wait for HANK to be carried in more stores around town but until then it looks like I will be getting home delivery and stalking all the events where HANK sets up.
