They’re all closed down now, but I thought I’d leave a little review of how this company treated my mother after our house had a fire and needed repairs. She spent $ 5000 of her own money to get our foundation repaired. Turns out, after having another foundation company come in to fix it, the new company told us that Home Savers NEVEREVENDIDANYTHING. They knew that my mom wasn’t going to check or knew how so they completely scammed her out of her money.

I needed to contact this horrible company again, due to the house cracking in the same areas that failed before(3 times since they«fixed» it). Well, they would not return my emails or answer their phones. The message says the mailbox full. I called every location listed. Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Every phone number, nobody answers and EVERY mailbox is full, kind of sketchy. These crooks take your money and do not fix your foundation. LIFETIME warranty, what a joke. Now, I have another company coming out to my home to evaluate what these clowns have done. More money and I am pissed. I am considering a lawsuit. Their website states that they are an accredited business A+ with the BBB. Wait for it… ******SURPRISE *****they are not accredited. You didn’t see that coming, did you! Awe, I know this is a let down to the few of you that were hoping there was ONE honest thing about this company, sorry they are pure scum. The name of the company should be Home Scammers Foundations that we can’t repair!!!

These people put in 20 piers under the house we bought last year. They did the piers in 2013. A few months after we bought the house, doors wouldn’t close and cracks began forming everywhere. Recently we were able to reach them and they tried to pull a bait-and-switch on us to transfer the warranty. The paperwork we received from the prior owner who had the foundation work done, stated the transfer of warranty was $ 150.00(ridiculous for 5 minutes to change the names and phone # on a form) but we were told $ 250.00. We have been unable to reach them since we sent them the money. They never answer the phone. The mailbox is periodically full. They are able to receive texts, but do not answer them. So wer went over to the office today to try and get our home fixed, not holding out much hope, as LEGITIMATE reviews for them are horrible. Any five star reviews are probably bogus. Many are sleazy review stuffers you can hire from outside the US. You can tell by the sentence structure and content. We got there and went up to the 4the floor that houses nothing but executive suites. It seems they vacated the offices 2 weeks ago and were in arrears to the company providing office space to them. This does not look good. We are now trying to track down the principals and may hire someone to skip trace them. I have a lot of Investigators for friends. STAYAWAY!

I have tried calling this copmany 2 dozen times, different times of day, different days of the week. No one ever picks up the phone. If its that hard to try and give them your money to get work done I can only imagine how bad the service will be once they already have your money.

I’m leaving this review in sincere hopes to change it. When I first contacted Homesavers in 2014 to check their warrantied work, someone(I think George?) came out to check it quickly. This was great. However, in March 2015 I contacted them again, and after a rather difficult time, I’ve finally got an appointment for mid-September. I’m hoping that whatever was going on with Homesavers has been addressed, and they’ll return to the expedient professionalism i first encountered.

I have read reviews from other sites about how the owner has falsified a character so that he can leave a good review. Looking at the 5-star review from those left on Unilocal,is it not a coincidence that they don’t even live in Dallas, Texas? My house continues to move and there is more cosmetic damage than ever. They have been to my house at least 4 separate occasions to «adjust» the piers but upon each visit, they continue to push more blocks down. Therefore, it’s apparent that they didn’t push the pier down to the bedrock on any of the visits prior. Getting them to call back and schedule a return visit to honor their warranty is harder than pulling a teeth. These guys may be the best price in town, but I promise you will regret it. I’m currently seeking another company to fix the issues and seeking counsel on potentially pursuing a lawsuit.
