I was so pleased with my maternity session that when my son was born I couldn’t wait to have his newborn pictures taken. They were wonderful. Jenny works wonders with babies!!! I was so worried about my son crying the whole time and she did all the right things and the pictures were perfect! There was a small glitch when I ordered the pictures but Jenny went above and beyond to fix it for me. I appreciated her hard work and that she wanted to make me happy, glitches happen and it’s how you handle them that keeps me as a returning customer! I can’t wait till I can use Jenny again. There is no one better for you newborn/child photos.

My spring pictures are here! Jenny did a phenomenal job handling Bella (my 2 year old decided to scream «don’t talk to me» and couldn’t have behaved worse during the shoot) — Jenny made my misbehaving family — perfect memories. I love her canvas prints — they are so true to color and I’m very happy with her work. I can’t wait to book my fall pictures.

While the photos on her website is beautiful, she has zero concept of good customer service. She not only has not called me back after several attempts, but is no longer accepting the daily deal coupon I had purchased for her services. There are way too many good photographers out there to piss a potential customer off. So if you’re looking for newborn photographers, look elsewhere.
Just because I bought a daily deal coupon does not mean I wasn’t willing to spend additional money.
