Between lunch and supper. Clean. Good ambiance and decorations. The maitre d’/waitress didn’t speak English very well and didn’t come across as exceptionally friendly. She seated me at a hibachi table. The lunch menu offers several versions of chicken and beef: chicken bulgogi. The eight servings of kimchee were excellent. When I wolfed the fermented cabbage kimchee, her entire demeanor changed: she glowed. She rushed off to get more. The marinated chicken breast stir fry was very good. The sauce tasted like slightly diluted Sriracha, but the breast was fresh and tender. The rice was great and served in an insulated metal bowl. The quantity, quality, and reasonable cost of the lunch offset the bulgogi sauce. Yes!

Ordered the Dolsat Bibimbap. Great flavor, one of the best I’ve ordered in awhile! Service was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

The waitress(or maybe owner?) is really friendly Korean lady. We ordered Bossam which is thinly sliced steamed pork belly with salted napa cabbage leaf and some sort of spicy radish salad on the side. The dipping bean paste(Ssam jang) that coming with the dish is very good to go with. I guess you suppose to wrap the meat and salad in the leaf so it’s a good time to train your chopstick skill lol. The portion of this dish is huge and I think it would be enough for 3 – 4 people actually. We like it a lot and we will be back for other dishes soon!
