I hated this place, it was so rude and I hated how every piece of jewelry I picked… was being judged. The girls looked at me as if I was not supposed to be there. I just can’t stand places like that. I would rather drive all the way to another location then to go to a place to feel as if Im a outcast. My opinion may not be the same as others but that shows you what kind of people kendra scott has.

Stopped in for a quick gift. The store was pretty crowded, but ran smoothly. Manager was super friendly and helped locate a bracelet at another store. The best experience I had came from Alex. Such a sweet vibe and very helpful in every regard. If you’re reading this, THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AWESOME! Merry Christmas.

They get five stars because my earring cracked after falling out of my ear and onto the floor. I took the pair into the store, was cheerfully greeted, and they replaced buy cracked pair: no questions asked.

I have not visited the store but this location helped me over the phone with THE BEST customer service I have ever received! I have high standards as I am measured in my position on customer service as well. I am truly impressed and cannot wait to make my next purchase in the store! Thank you Haylee & KS West Village!

I absolutely love Kendra Scott and the West Village location has the most helpful and friendly sales associates around. Whenever I need to find a unique piece for a special occasion or a gift for a loved one, I always know that I will be able to find something at this store!

I love Kendra Scott but this location not so much. It’s always so so so crowded. As a result, you can barely browse the jewelry because it’s in drawers and everyone is crowding around. The staff is hit or miss, and can often be friendly, but it’s so crowded that you get minimal customer service.
For example, I wanted to wear Kendra Scott jewelry in my wedding. Picking wedding jewelry should be an occasion, right? At this store, wrong. I got zero help from the staff, and rather pushed around by the other customers. I ended up ordering offline.
My recommendation is either: go to this location at an off hour (although they are hard to come by here), order offline, or buy somewhere else that sells Kendra Scott, like Nordstrom.

This review is for the service I received at the store.
When I arrived at the store I was not greeted nor did I ever received a «how may I help you». I figured this would occur once the other only two customers that were being checked out were finished with their transactions. Instead the other two customers left and neither one of the sales associates said anything or asked my party If we needed any assistance. When I asked for help all I got was a snobby attitude that translated that she did not want to help me. Not only that, I showed your sales associate that I wanted a matching necklace for some Kendra Scott earrings I received as a gift. She said it could only be done at the color bar. Well when I returned home from Dallas the earrings and necklace were not even the same color! I physically showed her the earrings. They are similar color but if there was not necklace in the specific color I wanted, she should have said something. Your two sales associates that day were unhelpful and uneducated in your products. So disappointing. I know next time never to visit this location. Hopefully other Kendra Scott sales associates don’t have a snobby attitude, are actually educated in your products and are helpful.

Awful customer service and they do not take returns. The sales clerk did not inform me before purchasing the items as a gift for someone that no returns could be made. That information should be provided before purchasing something. Awful. I will never go there again and will recommend that others do not shop there as well

The jewelry and store is beautiful, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service I received.
I received a voucher for a free pair of earrings and I wanted to buy another pair as well.
The store was not busy at all and there were a few employees just standing there. I walked in the store (it is pretty tiny) and no one acknowledged me AT ALL which was pretty odd. Not even eye contact. Not I don’t expect an a**-kissing, but a head nod or a «we will be with you shortly» would have been nice.
Once someone finally decided to help me, I handed her my voucher and also asked about some specific collections I saw online. She unlocked the cabinet and just walked away without answering my question. :-(
From now on, I will make my purchases online or perhaps give the Plano and Houston locations a chance.

I really hate so say anything negative because I LOVE KS jewelry, but I’m so disappointed with the boutiques return policy! No refunds on unworn, full-​price merchandise WITH the receipt? Crazy! I’ll definitely buy from Nordstrom’s next time who has one of the most ‘customer first’ return policies around!
Ps– and yes, I actually did see the return policy sign next to the register but for some reason I thought they were referring to returns WITHOUT a receipt… I mean come on!

I went into the store yesterday to buy a pair of earrings. I kind of knew what I wanted and the rep Ashley (I think that was her name) was super sweet and so helpful! She showed me a few different styles and helped me pick something that I love! Also I let her know I didn’t have a lot of time but she was so nice and efficient. Plus that half off your birthday month deal is awesome! I definitely recommend the store and will be back as well!

The Kendra Scott team is the BEST! I host customer events at 3 locations in TX: Dallas (uptown), Houston (CityCentre) and Austin downtown. The store coordinators are amazing– Celeste, Danielle and Ellen are amazing! They go over and above to accommodate my groups and I cannot wait to return. Must customers rave as they are able to enjoy F&B and get to pick out any beautiful piece of jewelry in the store! This is now my signature event and I’m hosting an upcoming event in Atlanta with Samantha. Thanks team Kendra! Kendra Scotts are my go-​to jewelry and the Dallas store is my go-​to store for my Kendras! I had a nice experience here overall. The saleswomen were nice and helpful, but they were also a little snobby seeming. Didn’t stop me from raiding the color bar for my must-​haves!

I called this store for a phone order. I had two items made through the color bar. I am OCD and I wanted gems that were similar in color. The sales associate was very friendly and professional. She sent me pictures of different gems and let me choose which ones I wanted. I was a little scared because one of my items was for Mother’s Day and color bar items are final sale. My order arrived in a few days and everything was perfect.

Your no returns policy is an embarrassment to the fundamentals of business practice. Unfortunately, you can not always pick the right gift. My girlfriend has KS earrings in almost every color so I figured a necklace to be a no brainer. She was not a fan and was only informed of the policy upon my return to the store for my money back.
Being a sales director myself, it is shameful to see a company who forgets that customers are the lifeblood of their business. To the secondary market the necklace and earring collection goes along with any hope of my return business.

This has totally become my go-​to place for cool and trendy jewelry. The ladies here are also amazing and very helpful. (I have been helped by Marybeth and Leslie).
I get the emails now, so I receive invitations to their specials sales and events and I love that.

Love this store and the employees there are very helpful and friendly. I purchased a necklace online and during my first wear, one of the clasps came undone, fell off and was nowhere to be found. Sadly, my new necklace was broken. I took it to the store in West Village hoping to find out where I could go to get a new clasp to repair my necklace and they gave me a brand new one right on the spot. Excellent service.
The store is cute and has a great selection. Some of the bigger statement pieces are pricey but they are gorgeous and worth every penny.

When I envision my dream jewelry closet. I envision this store. I always have so much fun looking at all the jewelry. The colors are amazing. The top selling colors tend to sell out in the store and require that you go on wait list. But although this is a complaint. it is also a good thing because it makes me feel like I am waiting for something rare!
Prices for earrings tend to run $ 50-​$ 100 but the top selling styles are only about $ 50-​$ 65. Very affordable for something that really makes a statement. For this reason, I give it only (2) $$. BUT you can also find a $$$ on certain necklaces. ;) Just know walking in you will spend at least $ 50.
The staff is very helpful and I love that you can invent jewelry in store using the color bar! I love this store but I also love the jewelry and the fact that Kendra is a local jeweler. Represent! =)
