I went on a busy Saturday afternoon and was greeted immediately. The service by all of the employees was amazing. They were all very friendly and helpful to my boyfriend and myself. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Yesterday, my aunt and I went to your Preston location to pick up birthday gifts for her twin daughters. My aunt kept asking for help in choosing the best gifts for her teenage girls, but your employees weren’t very helpful. The girl who «helped» us told us that everything was popular, and the entire time, we felt uncomfortable stares on us as we browsed the store. We would’ve appreciated some genuine and intimate help. In order to use the birthday discount, we were told to bring their birth certificates, which we didn’t have on us. Okay, no problem there. The plan was for my aunt to bring their birth certificates the next day while her girls were at school, so she could surprise them today, which is their actual birthday. However, instead of completing what should have been an easy transaction, my aunt was further made to feel unwelcome there. They lied and said they told her that she had to bring her daughters in, when the day before, they said we only needed their birth certificate. My aunt called corporate, who told the manager to honor it, but the manger still refused to treat my aunt with respect, and refused to honor the store policy. The entire time, they snickered at her and mocked her, saying it’s probably because she didn’t understand what they were saying. I’ll have you know that my aunt is an attorney who graduated from the top of her class. Your employees need to be educated in race in the workplace and how not to be a racist. You ruined what should have been a wonderful birthday with your inexcusable racism.

Lovely shopping experience. The store is bright, spacious, and inviting. The location is easily accessible from the North Dallas Tollway, but the parking was a bit of a challenge. Refreshments were available, a very nice touch.
The sales associates were warm and helpful. In my opinion, the staff make or break a store. One particular sales associate, a tall, pretty red-​head with long, straight hair, followed my daughter around the store as she tried to find a pair of earrings to match her dress for her birthday gathering this weekend. The associate even allowed us to choose which specific pair she preferred, as stones may be the same color but have subtle variances. Being a birthday item, we received 50% off the cost of one item (final sale tho).
One of my pet peeves: I cannot stand to spend money in a store with catty, pretentious employees. Bad attitudes can be felt in the air. This store was welcoming, and the ladies were genuine and thoughtful. We will return to this store in particular.
We had initially gone to the store on/​near Legacy. There were two ladies standing outside the store to tell us as we approached that they were closed until tomorrow at 10 a.m. We wasted our time going to that store, and the employees were unprofessionally dressed in yoga attire and a t-​shirt. I thought they were just two friends talking outside the store. We were given a 15% coupon for the inconvenience.
