When my lawn and seasonal color had weakened, my wife contacted Lambert’s. Lambert’s claimed we must sign a one year contract and they would guarantee our lawn an other details would all be fixed, while we paid $ 600 a month retainer for a very small yard. Well, it is a year later and lawn stinks — weeds, bald spots, unhitched turf, and so forth. But, at least they were very expensive. We are switching to an independent gardener who has been maintaining our other house for half the price with five times better results. Adiós Lambert’s.

I called this place severals months ago. I’m having a wedding in my backyard and wanted to fix it up. I called. They sent someone. A nice young woman, then I never heard from them. How sad. Bad customer service.

I had these folks out to trim a couple of trees around my house. The arborist was very nice and provided a good estimate prior to work beginning. When the crew finally arrived, they initially are conservative about trimming the trees and only trim to meet your needs… after all no tree wants to be trimmed, and once it’s trimmed, the damage cannot be undone. So they’re careful about it. People just have to trim trees whenever they get in the way. One of my trees was starting to rub against the roof of my house. They fixed that without significantly affecting the shade the tree was casting on my house. My estimate included leaving me some firewood, which they forgot to do. That was the only bad thing. They have a shredder that grinds up the limbs so that they never leave any of the tree limbs behind on the curb. There price was right in line with other estimates I had received, and the crew consisted of 3 people instead of the usual 2, so it didn’t take them quite as long as a 2 person crew would have. I will definitely use them again.
