I would’ve given them a better review had they not turned my ivory jacket to a grayish color.
When you step in the shop it was not well kept at all. It is run by a family and it appears the entire family lives in the back of the store. Despite the look, I saw some good reviews and decided to go ahead and left my clothes there anyway.
I brought the men’s clothes there for the first time and everything comes back clean and well ironed so I decided it was time to bring my own clothes out. Everything came back in one piece looking pretty good until I sort through my ivory jacket.
My ivory wool jacket is ivory to its true nature with ivory lining on the inside yet somehow it managed to turned grayish with gray dirt and linen. I told them that it was a lot dirtier then what it was when I brought it it. They told me it was because of the chemical they used and offered to clean it again. Looking at it I knew it was beyond help but hoping for a miracle I gave them a chance. When they tried to charge me for the jacket along with everything else I told them I wouldn’t pay for that jacket until it was cleaned.
I came back to pick it up a week later and behold, it was beyond help. I told them again my jacket is ivory, not gray. They said again, it was the chemical they used and didn’t offer to pay for the jacket. I just got tired and left without arguing with them taking the jacket with me as evidence. They didn’t charge me for this jacket or else I would’ve been more pissed.

Well I went here because of the great reviews and I have to say I am not disappointed. I needed a new zipper put into my favorite black pants and not only did they come back with a new zipper they were pressed. Great job! This is a cash only place, good thing I had cash with me at the time of pick up but will have to remember next time.

Don’t GO here! Prices are low, but you certainly get what you pay for! The first time I went to this cleaners, I almost left because of the hodgepodgeness inside. I decided to use the establishment purely because of previous Unilocal reviews. So even after I waited a few minutes for a barefoot teenager to come from the back behind some mismatched cotton curtains, wrinkled clothes and dirty sweatpants as if she rolled out of bed to take my order — I stayed. Even after that teenager told me that this establishment no longer does same day service, I stayed because Unilocal said it’s a great spot. I joined Unilocal purely to warn people. Stay away! Some of my pants came out great. But one pair came back with a stain that I had never seen before. They cleaned the pants again, but the pants came back with the same damage. The barefoot teenager who was there in the same sweats that morning when I returned was not helpful. She was unapologetic and quite frankly could care less about my dissatisfaction. Luckily they were a pair of Ann Taylor cropped cotton slacks so no emotional connection. I’m so thankful that I did not drop off my expensive or delicate clothes here.

I have no problems with Lillie’s. The prices are fair! The service is very good! The customer service is usually pretty friendly.
Would recommend. They perform alterations on site, do special care items, and fix zippers and pockets, etc.

Lilli’s Cleaners has become my go to dry cleaners. I end up swinging by there and dropping off my clothes and running in the donut shop next door to get coffee and donuts. Since I normally eat healthier breakfasts, I find myself desiring to take in my dry cleaning way more often than I probably need to in order to get donuts.
Besides the donuts, my main reason to go to them is that they take really good care of my clothes and are inexpensive. They have been able to get out tons of stains. The more I go, the more I realize I may need to go back to pre-​K and practice getting food actually in my mouth because I somehow end up with little spots on the front of lots of my shirts, but they are able to get them all out.

I got referred to this cleaners and love it. I was looking for a good place to get a comforter cleaned that didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
A friend told me to go there. They charged me $ 20 and they did a great job. It is a white comforter from restoration hardware that looked awesome new but had lost its gleaming whiteness and now is restored and for just $ 20.
I was very excited and Lilli’s Cleaners is the perfect place for me to share on Unilocal because it is a place you would probably drive right by but they do awesome work for cheap.
